The reasoning behind the one recommendation, is that my aim was to speed this promotion through and reward him as soon as possible. He's long overdue a promotion, so I'm not going to spend the time gathering hundreds of recommendations from the rest of Arcona, even though there's a queue of people who'd be happy to sing his praises if so asked. I have already run the idea past the summit, to which they have all concurred wholeheartedly.

He is credited with the entire idea. • He is currently working on an entire reform of the Arcona Arena, wherein, he will serve as Arcona's Combat Master, along with other judges in an ACC style arena, developing upon the idea of the previous ACC, he is focusing his efforts on construction a fictional background for it. He is also ensuring that a mandalorian feel is put into the Arena, wherein individuals fight for fighting's sake, and not to the death; any injuries that are acquired within the AA are canon, yet individuals will not fight to harm. Proposals have been submitted and he is continuing on to make this a reality. • Medals acquired since last promotion: o 9x Seal of Defiance, o Seal of Loyalty o Crescent with Sapphire Star o Cluster of Ice o Steel Cross • Constant presence within the Arcona summit channel and always offering himself up to help in summit tasks. He has been a lifesaver for me and other membes of the summit on a regular basis through this help.

Recommendation

     Throughout my tenure as both Aedile of Arcona, and previously Aedile of House Galeres, I have had a significant amount of contact with Marick and I am always overwhelmed by his ability to take everything at his own pace and still be able to produce fantastic results on time. As a person he is, and always has been, approachable, amusing, and a fantastic friend to any member of Arcona and the Brotherhood; his ability to reassure and support the newer members, as well as the old, astounds the summit on a regular basis. He is always more than willing to take on any task asked of him and is able to use his own initiative to develop any ideas proposed to him and refine them into perfectly sculpted and exceptional concepts with a background and a fully developed narrative.  The aforementioned qualities of Wally’s personality fails to really encapsulate the aura of his persona, however. What is to be said about Wally is that his developing work-rate and his ability to juggle the many different pies he has his fingers in (Many of which he has established himself, such as the Arcona Contract Bureau) only reflects his outstanding dedication to Arcona, to the Brotherhood and to the community as a whole. 

        During his yearlong tenure as Battle Team Leader of Oblivion Brigade, Wally has seen members come and go, yet he provides every one with personal, one-to-one sessions to establish a clear leadership technique and to ensure the correct development of each and every one of his members. Aside from his yearlong position as a BTL, Wally has achieved many other accolades which are worth mentioning. He has earned a Cluster of Ice, A Crescent with Sapphire Star, 9 Seals of Defiance, a Seal of Loyalty and a Steel Cross. Along with this, Wally has also placed third in the ACC 2v2 Ladder and fully participated in the Disorder Vendetta, inspiring his Battleteam to do the same. During Disorder week one, Marick submitted entries into the Identification Scan, Graphics and Fiction. In week two, he submitted entries for Graphics, Identification Scan, and the winning Battleplan (Acquiring a Gold Nova for his participation in such). Finally, in week three, he entered the Identification scan, the Graphics, The Run-On and Multimedia. 

He has established the Arcona Contract Bureau entirely from his own concepts and developed it into a fully-working and integral part of the Arconan activity and maintained high participation in the Arcona-Tarentum: Operation Plain Sight event, in which he submitted entries to both weeks’ fiction competitions and similarly, both weeks’ Graphics competitions. This, in the view of the summit, more than warrants his elevation to the rank of Equite 2, Obelisk Prelate.

        Not only does Wally have an official effect on the house, but he also makes it a personal mission of his to keep the unofficial integrity of Arcona strong. He is always active as a mentor and as a pillar for all and any to rest upon whenever he is required. He is always more than happy to step up to the plate when more than his job description entails is put before him and he maintains an eagerness seldom seen within the ranks of the equites. He has maintained his high standard of work throughout his Journeyman years and now into his astounding position within the elite of the Brotherhood. 

        This individual is worthy of recognition, and I am happy to be recommending him for such.
