Locke has done a great job as Proconsul since gaining the position. He issues excellent and regular reports, is in good contact with and keeps track of the members, has helped tremendously with the Clan Fictional Goals document we just finished, and is overall a solid leader. There is quite a bit more. Locke, as a good leader should, maintains a cool head and has helped me personally a great deal with oversight and leadership in the Clan. Locke runs competitions with me, helps oversee all Clan programs, and has taken the initiative on projects like helping Waldron run a DB-wide competiton as part of Waldron's promotion requirements as well as assisting with the design of the Alliance of Steel competition with Taldryan that's about to begin, Locke is also quite active in the overall Clan and DB and competes often. As well, he posts regularly in our development runon. Also, if I need something done, Locke just does it and quickly too. He does plenty of other things on his own, like competition design Clan-wide and looking for areas to be helpful. locke, you're an excellent leader and you deserve this for your hard work. I'm very happy to see you come along as a great leader in this Clan.
