She achieved her first two promotions in under a week and has gone on to earn an impressive amount of CFs. She has also participated in House and clan-wide comps, including the "Shattered Tears" competition where she placed in both the trivia and run-on categories as well as participating in the fiction category. She has earned first place in clan-wide competitions, has incredibly frequency on IRC, and has shown determination and impressive involvement while working as my apprentice. Jaron has proven to be a highly active member and a marvelous student of mine, showing finesse in gaming and writing. She was a strong participant in the latest joint House competition between Gladius and Cestus, "Shattered Tears," earning third place in the run-on and second place in the trivia. She is participating in comps constantly, including the recent Christmas competitions run in Tarentum. She has also assisted in a trivia competition that was Tarentum-wide.

For all of these reasons, I believe that Jaron has earned her promotion to Guardian.
