JH Venator embodies what members in Leadership positions are lucky to have nowadays: an eager Journeyman! In a time when we are faced with the challenges of engaging our younger members, Venator makes our efforts more than worthwhile. He is an avid scholar, having earned a Combat Maven Degree, and a capable writer, submitting an interesting Lightsaber Fiction as well as earning 5 Clusters of Ice for posting meaningful entries in HNS' ongoing developmental run-on,'Unrest In The City'. Before the start of the Vendetta, he has participated in 11 competitions. He has proven his mettle in DB-wide competition, demonstrated by his earning of a Diamond Crescent. He has created his Wiki page, which is of good quality and will only improve as his experiences mount within the Brotherhood. As an apprentice, his Master has reported his work ethic to be impeccable and beyond reproach, completing Tasks set before him without question and with enthusiasm.

Most importantly, Venator has heeded the advice of his Summit, unofficial leadership, and peers and contributed to the Vendetta; these events can be viewed as intimidating to the uninitiated, but Venator dove in without hesitancy, and has made submissions to 5 of the events in 'Disorder'. He seems to have realized that participation equals recognition; I am grateful for his attitude as this demonstrates a realization that one's actions can have an effect on the whole, and in this case, he has done his part to march HNS continually down the path of re-Clanning. For his selflessness, hard-work and energetic presence, I hereby lend my name without reservation or malice aforethought to the Knighting of Venator for valor demonstrated both within his House and on the field of battle. In the time since his last promotion, Venator has earned a Dark Cross, three Clusters of Ice, a Sapphire Crescent and has completed the Leadership Studies SA course. He is a vocal member of the House, always weighing on matters that affect us...because he instinctively realizes that those matters affect him, as well. Venator's fictions and runon posts are well thought out and are full of imagery..and reveal a sense of humor that make his works a joy to read. In lending his hand in crafting HNS' history via the 'Unrest In The City' developmental runon, he has displayed the rare talent of including others in his posts, which tells of his broad-mindedness in his understanding the creation of a rich story. In my estimation, Venator is more than ready for the rank of Jedi Hunter. Congratulations!

Venator has completed his Jedi Hunter trails according to the DJB precepts for elevation. Since his last elevation on 8-10-10, he has: earned a Dark Cross, Clusters of Ice, A Sapphire Crescent, ran a House-wide competition successfully, posted numerous times with interactive and high-quality work in our Developmental runon, passed the GMRG history and leadership SA courses, earned entry into the GMRG, and completed a character fiction for me as Master. Venator has completed the necessary requirements for promotion from PRT to GRD according to the Brotherhood's guidelines. Since his last promotion, he has: spent 4 weeks at PRT, Logged onto IRC and visited his Clan/House channel, Completed his Core exam, completed the ACC basics exam and CS, written a quality 2+ page fiction at my behest involving character development, written his character wiki article, created a competition and ran it, and completed ten additional SA exams. As his Master and QUA i feel he is worthy of promotion according to DJB standards.
