Rrogon Skar is a young Kaleesh, his body covered in his people's classic, reddish-green scaly skin that is marred by a patchwork of scars and burns, but unlike most of his kin he sports crimson eyes. Skar is physicaly well-developed for his young age due to the years spent in the Nar Shaddaa arena with prominant muscles and strong bones tempered by multiple breaks. His reptilian facial features are covered by his traditional bone Huk mask that has been painted a non-reflective, matte black and can usually be seen in his Secher robes. His twin blasters are held in concealed holsters on the small of his back when he is in his combat robes or his civilian clothing. When not in combat and in his DCA (Deep-Cover Alias), he can be seen wearing a well-tailored dark blue suit with a red tie. But when he is out on the town, he is usually wearing a black trench coat with tan cargo pants and combat boots, along with a tight fitted gray shirt. He also cares a small metal flask with him that is filled with his own whiskey brew.

Rrogon Skar is the true embodiment of the Obelisk teachings, and despite the fact of the purge of Obelisk enacted by the Grand Master, Rrogon Skar is most likely one of the few remaining followers of the now taboo path. Though most call him Sith, Rrogon will correct those who call him such and this has led to tension among his fellow clan mates.
Out of defiance to the Grand Master’s rule Rrogon will take any chance to show his true Obelisk colors, whether in the robes that he wears, or by the title he is known and called by. He takes pride in knowing that in him the Obelisk will never truly die no matter how hard Pravus may try.
During Skar's training, he began to form a sort of moral code that he would live by he would not fight for anyone save Arcona. He doesn't fight for petty gains in power or personal standing - he just fights for the sole purpose of testing his skill and bettering himself. When forced to take a side, he chooses the path of right - he will follow his conscience rather than choose the path of his peers.
He doesn't care for the infighting that may plague his Clan - his loyalty goes first to Arcona and then to those he trusts. Trust is not something Skar will give easily or automatically due to their station, but once someone has it, the bond of his trust is almost unbreakable. Should someone break that trust, the chances of them re-earning it are very low.
In Kaleesh culture, even the youngest child wears a mask and they only take it off in the presence of family for dear friends. This has led to Skar having difficulty dealing with others, always feeling that the mask hinders who he is but refuses to let others know how he feels due to fear of it being used against him later. This does give him a stern, stoic visage, where the advantages of people being almost unable to read his face behind the mask certainly outweigh the downsides.
When Skar was taken from his home at a young age, he was forced to grow very quickly in the harsh arenas on Nar Shaddaa. In the long term this has led to several social disorders - he is very awkward in large groups, often unable to adapt to change and new faces, tempered by the fires of battle in which he was forced to become a new person. This change has left him somewhat bitter and jaded, but the scarring on his heart does make him somewhat resilient, too.
In his study of the way’s of the Force the power incite fear in one's enemy always fascinated him. In the past Rrogon never really relied on the Force during combat, always thinking that it was a hindrance and to him it showed weakness to use it to defeat one’s foe. Now that he has grown older and wiser by countless defeats he has begun to use the Force in his combat techniques.
His main focus was centered on defensive Force abilities, however, there was only ability that Rrogon now truly favors. Terror is one of his most powerful abilities, and he will use it with fervor to slowly chip away at his opponents’ sanity until they submit or die. This can lead him to using Terror even when a more useful ability is available.
In his many years Rrogon has grown wiser, this is reflected in his fighting style. No longer is he a reckless raging machine destroying everything in his path, friend or foe alike. Instead it’s calculation and cold judgement that guide his path.
His close friends and Clan members refer to this style as Juggernaut drive. An almost unstoppable moving force of sheer will and determination where emotion and pity is removed from his mind until he is either killed or his foe is defeated. This has led to him being unable to disengage from combat even when ordered to.
