I was waiting for this to pop when Adem had come on discord and said his neck hurts from doing puzzles but he was ready to hit that EQ2 and he did.

Meanwhile, since his last promotion, he got into 74 competitions, 1 ACC (WHAT), and 11 fictions! Not only that, Adem went to the Shadow Academy and got himself 3 rank ups in Aurora Collegium of Sciences. He also gained 3 Grand Master's Royal Guard, 1 Inquisitorius, 1 Shroud Syndicate, 4 ACC, and 5 Envoy Corps Society ranks that were as easy as flying an X-Wing.

Let's not forget about the awards yall. He got himself a Grand Cross, Steel Cross, 2 Dark Cross, and a beautiful Bronze Nova for his participation in GJW.

I remember meeting Adem Bol’era when I first joined the Brotherhood. Not only were we clanmates, housemates, and my most fond relation — fellow Shadow Gaters. But we were pulled into a small group of folks from multiple corners of the Brotherhood by Marick Tyros, forming an experimental group that tested the concept of Fiction/character questions, or what is now our #rp-questions. It was a mini test to see how a community of writers could coalesce and develop stories together. Adem often participated in both growing his own oc lore and aiding others with theirs. His way of portraying his character and describing him really encouraged me to improve my own writing. He was also one of the notable members that made me want to collaborate with others and craft these fun, creative stories.

And Adem Bol’era continues to inspire his peers today. Since he has returned from hiatus, his interest in possessions and meticulous detail of such things as his lightsaber and ship has inspired other members to explore possessions and truly develop their belongings. He's even offered a hand in their selections! Aiding in finding the best fit for their desire or suggesting custom aspect ideas. Since being back, He has also participated in several rps, returning to aiding in the communal cultivation of storytelling. I don't have much more to comment on his activity that Sofila hasn't already. Adem can be found poking around Arcona chat, generally talking about life or anime, games etc. It’s always enjoyable to converse with him, he's open to chat with anyone new and old, Arcona and not.

So with all things said and considered, I support the promotion of Adem Bol’era to Equate 2. I wish you luck moving forward. And I can only assume that this is where the fun starts in regards to those new creds in your bank. Congratulations, Adem!
