Having promised himself to the Inquisitorius, Lexiconus believes they are on a noble and just path of cleansing. He interprets their actions in destroying the Undesirables and the Jedi as being justifiable causes for peacekeeping. Lexiconus has a sense of loyalty towards their cause, and is more than happy to help assist with all of his skills. This narrow-minded vision makes Lexiconus a puppet in the wrong hands, or worse, while demonstrating his conviction.

Lexiconus has spent years researching and practicing Medicine and Healing on himself and assets, believing he is on the path to the roots of life. He wishes to understand all there is about birth, death, pain, hormones and the relationships between them. As a result of his grisly experiments, Qor continues to improve his healthcare abilities. The cadavers he uses are of a common supply, giving him an expandable resource with each settlement he travels to. However, his allies are all too aware of the experiments he performs, and the concoctions he carries, leading to distrust and caution. The specifics of his research and practices remain shrouded, and he knows the truth would be sickening to others.

As a result of a surgical exam failure brought about by the mistakes of a medical droid, Lexic developed a relentless drive to prove that Medicine is an art unsuitable to droids. This drive has turned into a pathological hate for droids in general, quite similar to some species' racist behaviors. This can cause him to be caught off guard by something as simple as a Mouse Droid, while Astromechs can stir an outburst of aggression.

Lexiconus is dedicated to using his abilities in Medicine and the Dark Side of the Force to heal others. Despite his efforts, all the failures, deaths, and losses have compounded the stress he faces in his desire to heal. In order to counter the stress, he wraps himself in a blanket of anger and introversion. He bottles up the negativity and lets it build beneath his outer persona, leaving the risk of eventually being unable to contain himself and being consumed by his suffering and rage.

Lexiconus is considered to be the top combat medic in his clan after serving in countless wars, battles and skirmishes and saving many lives. Lexic feels most at ease when running back and forth from the medic tent, to the front-lines and saving the wounded soldiers. He will always look to protect their life, before dragging them back to safety. While able to pull off a diverse range of medical procedures on the battlefield, his combat and self-defense skills are something to be desired.

Lexiconus has earned a reputation for his ability to use the Force as a lethal weapon. His focused training in Telekinesis in particular gives him a very direct and upfront combat style that relies more on destructive intent than controlled finesse. He will look to use objects around him as projectiles in order to overwhelm and overpower his foes. This militant approach to harnessing the Force lends merit to his raw power, but he is noticeably less proficient at the more subtle and subdued uses of the Force.
