Having been born inside a star-ship as opposed to planet-side, Azha Mos has never had a particular world to call his home. He grew up in an environment that requires being of use in order to survive, and without the borders that breed patriotism. The allegiances of the galaxy mean little to him, only the strength of individual merit. He is most at peace when in space, and will take on any contract or mission that enables him to remain firmly seated in a cockpit.

This utter lack of affiliation often results in what can be construed as insubordination and disloyalty, putting him at odds with those that value such things.

Azha loves technology, from ships, to blasters, to droids. Despite this love of technology, he has an aversion to the lightsaber. While he trained in its use, he views it as a piece of old and unreliable piece of technology. He will only use it if he needs to, and does not understand why other Force Users seem to hold the weapon with such high regard. This often puts him at odds with other Jedi who think his aversion to the lightsaber is childish.

Azha doesn't understand why people run or hide from a confrontation. In his eyes he see's it as a loss, or admission that he isn't the best. Even though he knows that there will probably be someone better than him, he sees every challenge as a chance to grow and become stronger. While he never appreciates a silver medal, and strives for gold, he is able to acknowledge that for every silver medal he gets, he grows closer to getting gold. This drive for competition has put him in danger several times, a few times even being dangerous enough that he could have died.

Having spent most of his life exploring the fringes of the sane to track down missing persons, Azha has seen the worst cults and beasts of the universe. The experiences have left their scars, both mental and physical. As a result of these experiences Azha finds it more difficult to trust people he doesn't know, making him seem standoffish. Despite this lack of initial trust, he does his best to protect those he calls friends from the horrors he knows are out there.

While many would abandon the use of blasters when in melee combat, Azha holds to them. Mixing Teras Kasi with his skill in blasters, he has learned to blend the two together. Chaining in melee ranged shots with kicks, elbow strikes, and pistol-cuffs, Azha is a strong offensive combatant while in melee. However, due to his weapons, he lacks many defensive options.

An investigative prodigy, Azha has learned to use his skills with Investigation into his fighting. Drawing fights out longer than they should be, he analyzes his opponents moves to determine the best strategy to beat them. He has combined this with Guerrilla Tactics to analyze his foes will avoiding being seriously hurt. While this has, on numerous occasions, helped him win a fight, it can easily turn into tunnel vision as he begins to focus more and more on his foe.
