Jedi Hunter upside has now come to the end of his knighthood trials. A strong personality and a welcome face in email, irc, and telegram, it has been a thrill to see upside progress through the journeymen ranks.

As a strong gamer, upside has earned 414 Clusters of Fire, and 4 Pendants of Blood. This has pushed him to GMRG Rank 5, and a showing as one of CSPs great gamers. He has participated in 16 different competitions, including May the Fourth celebrations and part of the GJW. He has also pulled in a Dark Cross for his great efforts. He has also finished work on an approved Character Wiki page.

Upside is a great CSP member and I couldn't be more thrilled at seeing him advance to being a Knight. Congratulations Upside, drinks are on you!

Upside comes from the gamer group, so it was easy and fun for him to find a flash game for a CSP competition to run with me and discover the "backstage" part of viewing submissions and ranking for awards. In addition, he was very enthusiastic about the cooperative creative process for his char Wiki page that I dragged him though, even admitting that he enjoyed figuring out the personal details and background for his character, that he had never decided on before I asked a slew of questions. He is very positive in general and posts support for others, with a contagious cheerfulness that can pierce even the cloudiest of days. He has learned a few lessons on his perilous journey deeper into the Dark Side. I am proud to see that he has embraced the challenge and risen to Dark Jedi Knight!

While the other have spoken to Upside's accomplishments, which are well known around CSP and the dynamic gamer that we value highly, I want to speak to Upside's worthiness for promotion based on the intangibles. Upside is a venerable stalwart member of CSP. Since his arrival he has maintained a consistently high level of activity and dedication as evinced by his award count and competition metrics. While this is well and good, as a leader I know I can't count on Upside and I know the output will be strong and numerals. Beyond gaming and competitions, seeing this gamer develop the character sheet was a welcome transition, showing growth and an understanding of the need and want to develop not only as a member of CSP but as a future leader within the clan. I know that with this promotion Upside will progress to the next level with increased determination and fortitude. I am truly excited to see how far this member's trajectory can and will rise.

When I brought upside over here to the djb he quickly got into games like diablo 3 and others. He isn't very into writing but he does put lots of effort into gaming. It has been a priveledge and an honor to train him up with others help. Glad to see him take his knighthood.

Guardian upsidexumop continues to make very impressive progress on his way to Knighthood. Today I am pleased to say he is now one step closer to that goal. He has made some very impressive progress and today becomes a Jedi Hunter. He as spent 28 days as a GRD, and earned a Dark Cross for his incredible gaming efforts since that promotion. He has earned a total of 414 Clusters of Fire, and 4 Pendants of Blood. This has secured him a rank V in the GMRG. He has also participated in seven total competitions included both DJB Wide and HSP only ones. Of of these he has also placed in a competition. This combined with visiting IRC and the Voice Chat server has fulfilled the requirements for a promotion.

Keep up the great work upside because its been fantastic! Congratulations! Drinks are on you!

Upside has brought a great gaming presence to Scholae Palatiane, earning over 400 clusters of fire, and 4 Pendants of Blood and GMRG V. He's dabbled a bit beyond the gaming realm, providing us a Character sheet to include him in fictions and represent him as a great member of Scholae Palatiane. It's been great to see upside out there gaming and representing us. Congratulations on Jedi Hunter, I expect you'll continue to rack up the accomplishments and find your way to Knighthood.
