Primary reason: The Fall of SCEPTER was comprised of 13 competitions spanning over the entire month of September. By the end, we had 27 participants and over one hundred event submissions! The story unfolded from a simple distress call into a major event that brought back an old enemy to Arcona; however, this story was entirely created by the submissions of the participants.

Rulvak Qurroc took Fourth Overall in the Fall of SCEPTER. He participated in 8 events and collected 34 total points. However what distinguishes Warp as a member – and in this event – was his dominance in gaming. He submitted 15 gaming activities during the course of the event; most overall in the Clan and nearly 1/3 of all entries. For excellent participation in gaming, stretching outside of his comfort level with fictions, and overall activity during the campaign… congratulations, Warp!

Additional reasons: Rulvak continues to impress day in and day out. His participation in gaming can never be spoken of too often, though he holds the title of Battle Team Sergeant. Rulvak truly shines as a Leader among the Gaming Community, willing to step up and help when people need it, willing to walk members through new content, work with them on improving their technique and doing this while remaining one of the highest Cluster scoring members of Arcona.

Beyond this Rulvak always branches out, he has proved himself to be more then "Just another Gamer", he provides feedback on his Battleteams activity, encourages ideas and offers input for Battleteam and House content. During the month of September he participated in the Fall Of Scepter event helping to secure Nighthawk's position as the highest scoring Battleteam of the entire event.

Since his last Merit award: Rulvak has organized 1 event, participated in 25 events, submitted 72 PVE activities for 143 Clusters of Fire and 559 Clusters of Earth. 4 Fiction entries for 2311 Words and 4 Clusters of Ice. He has also been awarded 2 Crescents with Ruby Star, 3 Crescent with Amethyst Star, 4 Crescent with Emerald Star and 2 Crescent with Topaz Star while serving as Battleteam Sergeant of The Nighthawk for 3 months (June 30/15 to Oct 10/15)

When I was the Battleteam Leader of the Nighthawk I chose Rulvak as my BTS and I have not regretted the decision. He continues to faithfully serve his current Battleteam leader to this day. Congratulations Rulvak on your Steel Cross and I look forward to your further achievements as time goes on.
