Alethia Achenksova, better known as Arch, has been a pinnacle of activity and dedication in Clan Odan Urr since his last promotion. It has been my distinct honor to have Arch as my Aedile for the past seven months. In his duties as Aedile he has played an integral role in both the formation as well of completion of several projects we have undertaken. These projects include the maintaining of our House wiki, the creation of and wikifying of our new planet Daleem. Both of these have required Arch to actively participate in idea generating discussions with other project members while drafting out designs and editing to fit the direction of the project. Also Arch has assisted in the creation of and running of our recent House vs. House event Battle Formations. Arch has also spent the past seven months as an ACC Judge, which our combat master will cover below.

Arch is not just a hard worker in positions and for projects, he is an active member as well. Since his last promotion Arch has organized four competitions while participating in 77 competitions. This has earned him 7 Crescents with Ruby Star, 14 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 10 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 1 Crescent with Emerald Star, 1 Crescent with Topaz Star, and 1 Crescent with Quartz Star. Quite the haul of Crescents for his trophy wall. Competitions are not the only thing in which Arch participates in. He is also an active gamer with 8 PvP matches and 3 PvP activities under his belt and earning 186 Clusters of Fire and 121 Clusters of Earth.

Arch also enjoys writing fiction. He has written for 6 fiction activities consisting of 6657 words of fiction, and earning 17 Clusters of Ice for his efforts. I have found myself relying on Arch to proof every piece of fiction that I write these days.

In addition to all of this, Arch has earned himself 1 Grand Cross of the Darkside, and 1 Dark Cross. Both of which our combat master will detail below. To finish up his extensive list of awards, Arch has earned 1 Scroll of Indoctrination and 4 Scrolls of Foundation.

Arch has also demonstrated a thirst to continue learning as he has passed 16 Shadow Academy courses earning himself 5 degrees.

To say that is has been an honor and privilege to work closely with Arch as my Aedile is an understatement. I have watched him learn and grow these past seven months to become the amazing leader and role model for Clan Odan Urr and House Satele Shan that he is today. He has become a confidant and good friend as well. Arch, it is with great pride that I write this recommendation for your promotion to Equite 2. Keep up the good work and I know that soon we will be writing another of these for you.

I must have done some great things in a past life to deserve someone like Arch on my summit. Others have covered his specific accomplishments in exhaustive detail but I would like to discuss the value that someone of his dedication, maturity and professionalism brings to a volunteer organization like ours. I can easily say that House Shan and the Clan as a whole are better places because of Arch’s service and leadership. One need only look to his impressive accomplishments to see the truth of that statement. Along with his Quaestor Mako, Arch has almost completely remade House Shan into a beacon of activity and fictional development that will continue for the foreseeable future. The impact he has had is a mark of a true leader and that is why his elevation with the equite ranks is long overdue.

A few days after being hired to serve as an ACC Judge, Archen was promoted to the rank of Equite 1. In the seven months of service since then, Archen has been one of the most active ACC Judges on staff. To that end, I’ve contributed to a Grand Cross for his work as a Judge and then later awarded him a Dark Cross for his work on the Lightsaber Combat Exam.

Since the last time I awarded him on metrics alone, Archen has marked 2 Qualification Exams and graded 6 ACC Matches. With any given match taking at least 45 minutes (minimum/typical estimate) to grade, this keeps him healthy and on track with the rest of the Judging staff.

Beyond this, Archen engages in discussion on both Telegram and Email chains whenever I ask for feedback from my team. This often manifests itself in the form of discussing Character Sheet mechanics and logistics, as well as other fictional additions to the system. He was invaluable for his contributions to the naming and logistics of ** Martial Arts Forms** revamp. He was also heavily involved in the NFU NPC project, where he proofed and provided content for the creation of the new unique Feats.

Archen is an important part of the ACC Staff. I appreciate having him as a subordinate, and it’s been a pleasure to work and continue to work with him on projects. Congratulations on this promotion, buddy. You earned it.
