During this time he was awarded a Dark Cross for his work as a Battleteam Sergeant, and earned two Crescents and organized four competitions. He's been one of my more challenging students in that he's totally hilarious to argue with. He's done an excellent job in coming into a job of BTL that was working with an inactive team and pushing them to be active. Mac has created competition after competition, pushing the other members of the Summit to produce more competitions themselves. With a positive attitude and a refreshing outlook, he is starting to find his way in the Brotherhood and form his own path that will lead to great possibilities in the future should he continue on this path. Since Mactire's last recognition in November 2015, he has held the position of Battleteam Sergeant for two months, learning the ropes of leadership within the Brotherhood. Now, eleven days into his BTL position I have seen a great amount of pride and confidence emerge from Mactire as he adjusts to his role. His activity has greatly increased within the Telegram chat channel, as well as preparing competitions for the Clan to partake in. So far he has organized and completed one competition, with two currently running and two more that are upcoming. This goes well beyond the minimum needed for promotion to Knight, and proves that Mactire genuinely wants to give back to this community and provide fun activities for our members to partake in. He has also participated in two competitions, six PvE activities, and one ACC battle in which he has earned six Pendants of Blood and two Clusters of Ice.
