Holst is a massive Human male genetically created to be the perfect soldier. He towers over many with a frame of 2.1 metres in height, well proportioned with his 118.16 kg weight. Xuner’s face has begun to show the signs of his hyper-advanced age without the aid formerly provided by the Force. Darkened veins and deep wrinkles have etched across his forehead, eyes and mouth. His other features, however, unfortunately retain their Sith corruption, with his eyes in a constant state of yellow and his hair gone a snowy white. His hairstyle is a disconnected undercut. The sides and back of his hair have been shaved down, with the longer tufts of his top hair being kept in a rough ponytail.
Xuner's pale, sun-deprived skin bears the ravages of war and time, every inch of his body covered in a litany of scars beyond counting. Countless wars coupled with years of stress and torture have left his body in a state of ruin: his legs have been replaced by limbs that have been grown specifically for him, the scarring where they were attached evident; both fifth digits from each hand have been replaced with think metal plates and the same can be said for the fourth digit on his left hand, and the fourth digit down the the second knuckle on the right hand; his spine and ribcage have been replaced with former being left exposed while the latter is covered by synth-flesh. His final cybernetic is a respirator to assist Holst in breathing. Finally, he has a lightning-burn scar of the Versea family crest burned onto his upper-left forearm, a gift from Bentre Stahoes.
Above and intermingled with his scars, an equal array of tattoos adorn and transform Xuner’s body into a story known only to him. Overlapping pieces of a stylized cuirass stand out on the front of his body. Though its image is marred by thicker scarring, the figure of a large, Human male with avian wings guards his back with a ready sword. While Xuner Holst displays the general array of expressions common to all humans, he returns frequently to two: a look of listless depression bred more of boredom than woe and the smile of a man eager to jump into battle.
From friends to lovers, Xuner Holst has lost them all at one point in his many years. The pain felt by each loss has drawn him farther into the Dark Side and away from his senses. In order to prevent himself from being consumed, he has taken great efforts to keep everyone at bay, save for his wife Katrea and his master Vesh. While he shows a willingness to work with others, it is only with those that are strong and capable of protecting themselves. He keeps all others away, seeing them as needless and weak, and potential pain for him.
Xuner Holst hails from a world of war. He, like all his people, was bred -- and culled -- for combat until the genetic pool produced the most efficient base for soliders to then be trained and turned into mercenaries that the ruling class could use as slave laborers. Xuner, also like his fellows, was implanted with many cybernetics designed to replace his flesh and make him even less "human," and even more "machine." Weapons and tools didn't need skin or bone, after all. Just rigorous and brutal training from the tenderest of ages. As a result, Holst is a perfect soldier … but barely learned in being a person.
Xuner Holst was born over 200 years ago. This fact is made apparent in his mannerisms. Everything from how he speaks to what he says speaks of a long since past day and age. This easily makes him stands out from the rest of his peers and coupled with his lack of social skills and general knowledge of the current day, makes Xuner an outcast in every sense of the word.
Xuner Holst is a man out of time, forged in the fires of war, learning from every battlefield. While most look to the works of the great tacticians, Thrawn, Akbar, Pellaeon; Xuner relies on his own experience, his trials and tribulations to guide him in combat. While an able leader and effective combatant, this mindset has led Xuner to develop an unparalleled confidence in himself that comes across as arrogance to those he interacts with. Xuner seems to lord over those he has command over, and is reluctant to suffer any criticism towards his plans and ideas.
Xuner Holst fights just as hard as those around him but does so with a strange reason. While those around him fight for the sake of killing or for credits, he will not surrender himself to such notions. Few in this galaxy fight with a sense of passion borne from ideas and principles and fewer still are willing to abandon them for the bigger picture. This makes him a bit of a wild card in the difficulty for those unfamiliar with Xuner Holst. He is unpredictable in that he is as willing to spare his enemies as he is to kill an innocent target regardless of the scenario and reason.
While Xuner Holt has dedicated his entire life to the art of combat, he does not fight without proper reason. Past experiences and new strategies sharpened his mind, and training relentlessly keeps his body in shape. The galaxy has changed significantly since the time Xuner was frozen in carbonite. Warfare is the only thing that he knows for certain will remain constant. Xuner lives for the rush of combat, when he can put everything he has built against a foe; only when everything is on the line can he truly feel alive. This zeal gives Xuner an unmatched focus when it comes to preparing and implementing plans; while in combat it becomes harder for Xuner to see the bigger picture, to improvise with the units under his command.
