Like most of his species, Aldaric's most defining features are his dark blue skin and piercing red eyes with an average build. His blue black hair is kept cut short and left to do it's thing. His features look as if they were chiseled from marble with well defined cheek bones and jaw. His only defining feature is a thin diagonal scar on his left cheek from an old vibroblade wound.
Aldaric sees himself as the control subject in the science experiment called life. Often labeled as "boring" and "predictable", Aldaric keeps his wild and experimental side reserved for pet projects. This boring lifestyle leads to him being considered anti-social and when he does join others, instead of relaxing he prefers to keep quiet and observe.
Through a combination of preparing, studying, and analyzing, Aldaric creates detailed battle plans and tries to think two steps ahead of the enemy. At times, however, this can lead to Aldaric creating complicated schemes that can baffle less intelligent subordinates.
Aldaric has a tendency to be secretive and keeps to himself, relying on deception to conceal his motives and intentions. He is a schemer, and plots and plans against others carefully. When dealing with a confrontation, he will try and bluff his way out of trouble, or overcome obstacles with deliberate, covert actions.
While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Aldaric's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. He becomes focused and quiet, with his smile replaced with a look of grim determination.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Aldaric has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Aldaric then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Aldaric has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
Aldaric has an uncanny knack for identifying traps and alerting others to them. Now, if only he could consistently do it BEFORE the trap goes off...
