Kah'ri has been an absolute beast of a QUA. He's really taken up the Imperial flag and has gone running with it. Kah'ri is the first person to get his weekly competitions submitted and is constantly bringing new ideas to the table for discussion. Beyond that, Kah'ri is always looking for feedback. In the time that he has been QUA, he has already developed an eye for ways to help increase our overall member experience.

Since his last promotion, He's competed in 22 competitions, DM'd 2 separate RPS, Dabbled in gaming, played on our Clan Minecraft Server. He's stacked up a few crescents and clusters along the way.

Outside of his personal activity, Kah'ri has undertaken some additional projects for me. He created my tragically underused Report Graphics, drafted up a killer rendering of CSP's headquarters, which was featured in my last report, and has also created a very cool rendering of a star map of our local systems. These are 3 simple things, but Kah'ris contribution here is helping to build a more realistic CSP universe.

Kah'ri has also set up an Instagram and TikTok account for CSP. He's only made one post so far, but setting up these social media outlets is a crucial part of the Empire's expansion plans. Kah'ri was a big part of this initiative as he set up the accounts and made the inaugral posts. While we look to expand on the use of these social media accounts, Kah'ri has gladly taken up the helm of this project. His technical knowledge, art skills, and youthful demeanor make him the perfect choice for this.

Beyond that, Kah'ri has undertaken all the "regular" work of being a QUA. He compiled a list of medals for members of his house, submitted the recommendations, added competition ideas to our repository, created a Survey to improve our Clan Member's experience after a recent Social RP, contributed in a major way to setting up a couple of Master-student pairings for our newest members, he made an announcement to the clan informing them that the Fiction archive 1) exists and 2) was updated.

Kah'ri is always the first to ask if there is a way that he can help. He's the first to jump in. He's quickly established himself as a go-to individual when something needs doing. Seems these days there is not a thing CSP has accomplished without Kah'ri there to help.

I am so very pleased with all the personal growth he's shown as a leader and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for him. Congratulations Kah'ri. Keep up the killer work.

It has been nearly 7 months since Kah'ri's last medal. In that time, Kah'ri has stepped up into a leadership role. In this position, he has been eager to learn, eager to execute, and eager to improve. Not only has he shown an eagerness for all of these things, he has done them.

Kah'ri has now been QUA for nearly 6 months, helping to lead CSP through a GJW along the way. IN this time he has participated in 109 competitions, stacks of crescents to boot, he's leveled up in societies 10 times, participated in 4 RPs as a participant and run one as the DM. Kah'ri has been involved on all fronts when it comes to member activity, but where he has really come to shine is as an emerging leader of Clan Scholae Palatinae.

If I need something done, Kah'ri is always the first to jump at the chance. Of the 15 competitions run during CSP's Sithmas event, Kah'ri supplied the concept for 7 of them. He routinely contributes, even if he is not running the event. During the Sithmas event, he completed in all the events while encouraging others to do so as well. Kah'ri is also instrumental in advertising the clan events. He has also personally reached out to our members with AWOL warnings and continues to show a unmatched dedication to his role.

Beyond the daily operations of being QUA, Kah'ri has also taken up a project of creating Renders of CSP's Headquarters. One of these renders is visible in my last report. Throughout the process of creating these pieces, Kah'ri has been receptive He has also created images for all of the CSP Artifacts, which can be found on the Wiki. Including several gifs for the Rajk Opal. I also got a a kick ass render of CSP's SARLAC Station from him. Throughout the process of these projects, Kah'ri has been nothing but receptive and responsive to criticism. He takes it well, focuses on how he can improve and then does so. I've been so impressed with this, I'll be putting him to work on a long backlog of images the Clan needs.

In addition to this project, Kah'ri has provided me with the swish new graphics for my Consul report. His work stands miles above anything I could make and he volunteered without question.

Kah'ri places improving the experience of our members above anything else and has grown every single day in his role as QUA. I am so greatful for his positive attitude, work ethic and drive. I cannot wait to see what else he has in store for us. Congratulations Kah'ri. Keep up the fantastic work!
