Since their last promotion to Runner, Urie has not only fulfilled their two weeks time in rank but also completed a Character Sheet, joined both Telegram and Discord to show their sociability, and posted up on Discourse!

They've begun work on a character history along with at least 750 words of fiction, participated in at least three competitions, and even already qualified for the ACC!

As such, Urie is more than qualified for advancement to the rank of Courier! Good job mate, keep it up!
