Raleien, you now get to see the inverse of your last recommendation. With XP now looking at lifetime achievement your overall engagement and support has earned you a Sapphire Blade. As we historically looked at members on a quarterly basis and therefore most members reached a merit level.

Raleien, I hope this message finds you well as I'm not certain you're monitoring the inbox. Thankfully, it'll reside on the site and you'd still be able to see it!

As we've rolled out XP we now look at the holistic view of a member's contributions over their lifetime. We also ensure that we're progressing people through all the merit medals so that we're recognizing people as soon as they reach the threshold for awarding.

When you rejoined you flew out of the gate like a banshee and were recognized with higher level awards and we skipped the DC. As you continued to engage with the Clan and organization you never were at a Dark Cross level; you always exceeded it!

I'm glad to recognize you for this achievement and that, if time permits, you'll find your way back to us and let us know how things are going.

Real life sometimes hits us when we least expect it. I know Raleien isn't gone but I still miss his constant presence within the community. While he takes care of his family we will continue to take care of him.

So much of the activity current planned for Scholae Palatinae is a result of Raleien's hard work and dedication. He was an active participant in the Dark Times Saga - Civil War and, lovingly, was the butt of many of the jokes within what was submitted (even by myself).

I look forward to the day when his personal life has stabilized and he can again be a frequent, and fresh, blueberry in our lives!
