Mex has actually been ready for this promotion even before he had reached his current prerequisite rank. That's how dedicated and hard-working he has proven himself to be, and continues to do. Despite having already reached the prerequisites before achieving his current rank, Mex has continued to be active and continue earning and gaming. He’s already reached Rank 4 in GMRG, has completed a quality Wiki article that meets all the requirements, and since his last promotion, our bestest Verpine has participated in 17 competitions, earning 5 crescents and 92 clusters of all variations! He’s also crafted 1846 words of fiction, not including the words within the recently closed “Honey and Tea” roleplay and the still-active “Into The Void” roleplay which he is running himself. This brings Mex to a total of nearly 7000 words of fiction since he joined us 2 months ago. All of this is simply on top of what he had already achieved 28 days ago.
Aside from statistics, it’s hard to imagine the clan without his presence. Mex is consistently conversing in many of the clan chats and is a regular in some of the topical chats on top of that. With all of this in mind, it is my absolute joy to recommend Mex for promotion to Knighthood. It is duly deserved.

Mex has been, since the moment he arrived here in the DB, a breath of fresh, welcomed air. His energy and positivity in creating his character and fearlessly jumping into our world has mixed with his ability to quickly learn the workings of the club from getting comfortable with the submission process for gaming screenshots, finding bugs in the website UX, and making his Wiki quicker than most members who have been here for 10+ years.
Apart from his checklist items, which he had knocked out even before the time in grade had started, Mex has become an integral member of Arcona and our corner of the club. He has helped others before even a veteran was able to get to it, and overall just makes an old, jaded BTL like me feel invigorated and have a renewed hope for the future of the club if it means we’ll have more members like Mex.
I look forward to his continued growth, and am very proud of him hitting this milestone.
