"With growing bonds - her power is growing" is how I would describe Sagitta and base my recommendation for her promotion on the above statement.

It has not been long since Sagitta joined the Brotherhood, received her Knighthood, and earned her first Grand Cross, but good things come to those who are willing to put in the work. Consequently, nobody can deny her creativity, enthusiasm and eagerness to work at competitions, which she participated in 36 of in the past month. Not content with these alone, she also submitted a further 27 gaming activities to go with them. In exchange, our Mirialan has organized 1 competition, though I am convinced that there will be more to come as she’s shown an eagerness to ‘give back’ to the community.

For her efforts, she won and earned the aforementioned Grand Cross, 1 Crescent with Diamond, 1 Crescent with Ruby, 2 Crescents with Amethyst and 1 Crescent with Quartz Star. Furthermore, she collected 117 Clusters of Ice, 389 Clusters of Earth and 6 Clusters of Graphite - all of this in a very short period of time. To put those Clusters of Ice into context, she wrote 59,306 words within 13 fiction activities! This is quite an achievement for anyone, let alone a Knight, and definitely marks her as Arconan through and through. Always seeking to expand her knowledge, she also passed 4 Shadow Academy courses, and always looks forward to passing the next one.

Sagitta has swiftly created a spot for herself in our Clan and is eagerly connecting with other members of Arcona - but not only them, as I’ve been delighted to see in her participation in the inter-Clan ProBowl event. Since joining our number, she has stolen our hearts with her open mind in the Roleplay fictions and hasn’t been afraid to create new memories, scars, or character interactions which she has diligently written down to keep in her character's canon.The bonds she has made with others are what motivates them and herself to work even harder to make even better stories for the whole of Clan Arcona, while also maintaining the chill and relaxed atmosphere.

Without further ado, Sagitta is a true Arconan whose strongest ability is friendship and motivating other people to work alongside her. These are precisely the qualities that we are looking for in our Equites—and future leaders. For everything listed above, and the kind heart she brings to our Clan, she has more than earned her promotion to the ranks of the Equites.

I must admit that Sagitta has snuck up on me, which is quite an achievement for a Mirialan of her stature and choice in warplate. Nevertheless, what else can one do but be amazed, and a little winded, at watching her blaze a trail through the Novitiate and Journeymen ranks like a souped-up podracer!

If her speedrun from Novitiate to Knight wasn't enough of an academy record, the sheer weight of activity she's brought to bear on us within the past month since her Knighting is a doubling of all her previous exploits. By my calculations, if these trends continue, she'll have completed the Brotherhood by Lifeday!

All jokes aside, Sagitta has been a warm and welcome addition to our space family and I've been delighted to have her join House Qel-Droma. She's a constant source of activity in our Clan Chats, spurring on others and engaging in dank memes and banter, as any Arconan worth their salt (and we are all worth a lot of it) would.

From her inquisitive nature, to her infectious energy, to her kind heart and ability to do the things, I am foreseeing great things in Sagitta's future. And that's with Farsight +5.

Reaching the rank of Equite is, in my eyes, an even bigger step than Knighthood. As the name implies, one becomes an equal among the membership after proving themselves to be a true participant in our shared community and whose name is worth remembering. Though still young in her time here, she's already made an impact in the lives and stories of many a fellow member and if that is not the mark of an Equite, I don't know what is.

Congratulations on your promotion, Sagitta! And I hope to see you in leadership before long, yes?
