Three months with The Brotherhood, three short months in Arcona, and you've already made a massive impression, taken activity to the extreme, and made your presence in gaming such a regular entity that I cannot say, at all, that I was surprised to see you join the FIST staff. Here you are now for your promotion to Equite 2.

In the last month and a half, since you first reached EQ1, you've organized 5 competitions of your own and competed in 27. You've been a prolific writer in our community, taking part in 2 ACC Matches, 8 Fictions (totaling 12,898 words), and 2 Roleplays (totaling 1,920 words). Furthermore you've completed 23 Shadow Academy Courses and gained your Savant in Tactics (I'm jealous). Coupled with this, your award count has been stellar including 547 Clusters of Fire, 37 Clusters of Ice, 8 of Graphite, 3 Diamond Crescents, and 8 Ruby Crescents, among so, so many more.

Beyond the numbers, you've been an absolute joy in Discord and always active to engage and game with members across the community. I see you consistently taking time to join and recruit others for Dead by Daylight and jumping into the insanity of conversations with Ewok-ready jokes, puns, and character stories.

In my short time in the Brotherhood, I have seen a lot of newer members speed through the ranks, but no one as fast as Work't. This force of unbridled energy has consumed content like there's no tomorrow, burned his way through the Shadow Academy, and made himself a regular fixture in the Brotherhood's gaming community. Their submissions to the competitions they take place in are well thought out, tinged with just enough humor to make us chuckle, and are of a fantastic quality. It takes a special kind of person to light up the metaphorical room like Work't does, and we're happy to have them both in Arcona and in the club in general.

Congrats on the promotion, and here's to watching you continue to speed run the ranking system and contribute so many more amazing things. We'll see you at your Equite 3 promotion in like... two weeks, knowing you.

Work't has been a powerhouse for the first staff in the short time since joining, running five well-designed [FIST] competitions, submitting two Shadow Academy course updates and diligently monitoring the queue (when's actually able to approve the submission and not in it himself).

Work't has already contributed greatly to staff discussions and has been a great asset to the office. On behalf on the Fist staff and gaming community thank you for everything you do.
