Honoured leaders of Clan Arcona, today I come before you requesting the promotion of Dark Jedi Knight Ktulu Mizheray to the rank of Krath Priest. It has been five months since his last promotion, and I feel he has done more than enough to be made an Equite. Not only did he participate in the Antei Combat Centre opening Ladder, he reached the finals and is currently battling Dalthid in them. Not only did he participate in Combat Master Cyris Oscura's Challenge of Ashvroth competition, he won first place ,together with his partner Vassan Rokir, and has showed some phenomenal pieces of writing during that epic story. He was also recently made ACC Judge, and has been active in that position as well. And as if his ACC work isn't enough, he has also, over the months, participated in many

regular competitions. He is one of Qel-Droma's top members, and I'd like to reward him for that with this promotion.

I believe that Ktulu Mizheray has done an outstanding job as one of my latest judges. He has proved to be quite an active guy, and I know that a promotion to the rank of Krath Priest is in order. I've seen his work, I've seen his activities, and let me tell you this guy lacks no skills. He is damn straight outstanding.

All of Qel-Droma was gathered in the shuttle-bay to see the departure of their Quaestor who, being appointed the next Proconsul of Arcona, had prepared his ship for a journey to Arcona's main base. Before entering the shuttle, the ex-quaestor called Tissaya with him, and together they held a short speech:

Ktulu, Being one of Qel-Droma's most active members, you are a real asset to the clan. Not only have we scored a lot of points thanks to your efforts during the feud, but you also showed some good activity in the past. I'm sure we'll see more of you in the future. I wish you good luck and a happy time in Qel-Droma and hereby I award you a Star of Antei and a promotion to Dark Jedi Knight.

Stepping forward, JaM3z took one of the medals from the box in his hand, and placed one on Ktulu's robes while Tissaya handed Ktulu a lightsaber and new robes.

First of all Ktulu impressed me with his loyalty and commitment to Arcona. He's like a burning flame inside Qel-Droma. Ktulu is active and always ready to help his fellow dark sisters and brothers. He works together with others for better future of the House, by his entries for variety competitions, and words of logic during our discussons in Arcona IRC cantina. He gathered and possesed enough knowledge to make another step on his Dark Path, so that's why I recommend Ktulu a new rank of the Jedi Hunter. --Aedile Tissaya Luna Argat
