Kell has short blondish brown hair that is cut in a military style high and tight. His blue eyes are a dark blue in color, and the soldier's skin is lightly tanned. Large in physique, Kell has managed to not gain the beer gut that his father had maintained during his time in the Brotherhood. Usually dressed in military fatigues or his Nightstalker armor, he feels at home in both the field and in the headquarters environment.
Kell Palpatine Dante is devoutly loyal to his House or Clan and will follow orders unquestionably. He would sacrifice his own life to protect his House or Clan from harm. This attitude, however, often clouds his ability to see things from an arbitrary or objective point of view and he can come off as extremely narrow-minded.
Born into a pro-Empire family and raised under the guidance of second generation Imperial office, Kell has long held a strong belief in the idea of a strong handed government. This single minded allegiance to the Imperial system has led to many disagreements with many members of the Brotherhood and his own unit. Kell is dedicated to the continuation of the Empire in the Cocytus system and beyond.
Kell Palpatine Dante prefers to push the rules to the absolute limit. While he is unlikely to actually break rules or disobey orders, he toes the line between what is allowed and what isn't at every opportunity.
While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Kell Palpatine Dante's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. He becomes focused and quiet, with his smile replaced with a look of grim determination.
Kell Palpatine Dante doesn't like to kill people; instead he chooses to injure his opponent until that person is unable to fight back or is otherwise incapacitated.
Trained by his father in the ways of the warrior, Kell has inherited the somewhat odd code of honor that Angelo Dante always lived by during his time as an Imperial officer. Kell has no qualms about defeating his enemy with the most expedient methods, but he does have a code that has guided him well over the years as both a member of the Brotherhood and as a military officer in the service of a number of factions. He is devoted to the idea that the Obelisk are the most pure and focused practitioners of the warrior ethos.
