Rayze Erinos Arconae continues to be one of the most valuable members in Clan Arcona. He is always willing to offer help to those who need it and has recently been assisting the summit in an advisory capacity, providing a voice of counsel, a voice of reason.

Since his last award, Rayze has earned 1x Crescent with Amethyst Star, 1x Crescent with Topaz Star, 3x Pendants of Blood, 97x Clusters of Fire, 10x Clusters of Earth, 1x Clusters of Ice, and participating in a total of 12x competitions. He has, in addition, demonstrated his value by way of organising competitions, having organised 6x Competitions and Co-Organised another. Furthermore, Rayze has also earned a Seal of Loyalty for his contributions to the Brotherhood.

Rayze continues to contribute both in the background and as an active and valued member of the clan. His recent activity drive, his counsel and his assistance both in the summit and in driving activity in his House and Battleteam has not gone unnoticed. It is for this reason that I am pleased to recommend him for an Anteian Cross.

A small team recently worked on an endeavor known as the ACE PILOT Initiative over the past several months. The original concept was to create a fictional opportunity for members that wanted to explore character development as a pilot; tapping into the same vein as Rogue Squadron’s most infamous pilots: Wedge Antilles, Tycho Celchu, Corran Horn, etc et al. This small initiative transformed into a full blown character development project. It’s finalized version totals in 8 pages in size 11 font. It transforms the now defunct Battle Team Void Squadron into a Legendary Unit where pilots can come together in Clan Arcona. With admittance, members earn access to the elite squadron of Arcona, special ships from the Clan Fleet, and unique opportunities for pilot writing prompts, group run-ons, custom aspects for their character sheets and more. While the final document may be eight pages, the e-mails and exchanges double it from conception to finish. And I am very proud of everyone that worked to bring this project to fruition.

The Day of the Fox celebrates the ascension of Grand Master Firefox to the Iron Throne by recognizing the dedication and loyalty of our membership. This tradition has historically honored a select few of our members by awarding them the Seal of Loyalty. This Day of the Fox, like many other Dark Brotherhood traditions, will be altered slightly this year.

The Fall of SCEPTER was comprised of 13 competitions spanning over the entire month of September. By the end, we had 27 participants and over one hundred event submissions! The story unfolded from a simple distress call into a major event that brought back an old enemy to Arcona; however, this story was entirely created by the submissions of the participants.

Rayze was able to submit to 13 events and earn himself 42 total points in this event. He had two winning entries that furthered the story arc and helped shape the fictional updates. He masterfully handled a full cast of characters that helped draw in more participants and truly make it a Clan event. Additionally, he used this event to help flesh out – and create – the fictional background of our Ace Pilot Program (A 3 page document that depicts the Savric Flight Academy) that will drive future development and competitions for pilot-type characters in Clan Arcona.

In addition to the Fall of SCEPTER, Rayze has done quite a bit since his last merit medal. He has participated in sixteen competitions, earned nine Crescents (4 Cr-A, 2 Cr-S, 2 Cr-E, 1 Cr-T), thirty three (33) Clusters of Ice, completed two ACC Battles, submitted nine fictions for 12,553 words, and entered 3 run-on posts for 4,213 words! Thank you for everything that you do for us, CC. We are truly blessed to have active veterans continuing the proud tradition of what it means to be Arconae.
