He became AED and since then has provided prompt weekly reports and has done an excellent job of motivating his members and keeping me involved and informed. He has participated in comps, as well as organizing them, leading by example. He has also already submitted to Project: Restored Glory several times, which just started yesterday. He submitted to nearly every event and placed quite high in a few of them.
