Primary reason: Arcturus is a very important member of Qel-Droma and Arcona. The first thing that impressed us was his loyalty and commitment to the entire clan. Like we said, he's a very important member and a role modal to the whole house. Also, Arcturus has been the Tetrarch of the Dark Orb phyle for more than two months now and he has done a terrific job. With the opening of the new ACC we can add yet another point to this recommendation: his awesome writing style. He has fought a superb battle against Leara, one of the members of his phyle, which he has also won, with very good comments from the judge. We really want to reward Arcturus for his dedication, activity, loyalty and overall work, so hereby we recommend him for a promotion to the rank of Krath Priest. Arc always serve with advice in need, and help hand in troubles. He's a stable Tetrarch, serving on his position for long, and all the time he's keeping the same - high level, of what he's doing.
