For several months now, Anshar Kahn has not only been one of the more active Quaestors, he's proven to be as dedicated to Tarentum, and her success, as any member who has been in for all their DB career. I've appreciated Anshar's dedication in providing competition, and staying active and present. His house benefits from his experience, as well as his good amount of online time. I've spoken with Rekio, Alanna, and also Jac on this promotion, and all of us agree on this promotion; it is high time that Anshar threw off the restraining mantle of Epis, and moved closer towards the coveted terrace of the Elders.
