Loyalty is a most prized trait in Tarentum. Loyalty to one's team, to one's House, to one's Clanmates, to one's Clan. It is a trait sought by the leaders of our august Clan, and it is a virtue easily displayed by those same leaders.

There are, easily, over a dozen members of Tarentum that deserve the Seal of Loyalty; we are, however, limited in whom we can choose to honor with this Seal on the Day of the Fox. As the Clan Summit is limited to two choices, I would like to present this as a small token of my appreciation for their extraordinary loyalty to our Clan.

In the Krath Rite of Supremacy, Welshman put fourth a level of effort that I've come to expect from him as his Consul and Master. Trying harder when others did less, Welshman participated in 5 events including the ACC Ladder, Chapter 1 Fiction, the ACC Co-Op, Chapter 3 Fiction and the Run-On. As he has in the past, Welshman has proven he is a very capable writer and his is deserving of this award.

Welshman has provided House Gladius with stability and solidarity these many months he’s been QUA. He’s been a source of encouragement and guidance for new members to follow as well as some older ones. Not only that, but he’s participated in just about every competition (regardless of Order) that has been thrown his way. Welshman continues to be a shining example of why Tarentum is so great and more than deserves this reward.

Well...I know this is hardly worth the work you've done, Welshman, but it<br> is all in my power to reward you with. <br> Since coming over to Tridens and being my Aedile, you've helped me bring Tridens back to prosperity. His work to AWOL inactive members, run the Tardoku competitions that are monthly, helping set up the Tridens history that is currently in the works. Welshman scours the roster and makes sure people who have met the requirements have been promoted and or rewarded justly. Even with his vast workloud in RL he maintains to be on IRC every chance he gets. His email turn-around is fantastic, same day replies, one all leaders should try to achieve.
