Ever since Korras was made Proconsul he has been a rolemodel on how a leader should be, he has always done his job and then just a little bit more, which is what makes him a great leader in my eyes.
One of the most recent things he's done is run the clan artisans and graded it and just today he wrote 23 medal and promotion recommendations because that's not really my strong side.
So for all this I'd like to thank Korras and wish him a merry christmas with this Grand Cross of the Dark Side.

For his hard work as PCON during the KRoS, where he was always encouraging the members of the clan to take part in the events, Korras certainly deserves a reward.
He even refused to leave the clan until after the KRoS was over even though he had been named OHC.
So for all his dedication to his clan I would like to reward Korras with this Grand Cross of the Dark Side.
Congratulations Korras.

It was a slow start, but three months later, some headway has been made - thanks to DJK Kat Pridemore and OE Korras. ACCLive! had a history with the beginning of the ACC, it was a wonderful idea but failed in 'practice' After a bit of revival, it found a home again in the Combat Centre. Yet, despite it's new direction and face, it still didn't see much use - seeming to last forever in Test and Evaluation phase. I personally sought two members to hire to the ACC for the purpose of ACCLive! and the addition of the self-administering program. In that search I found Korras and Kat. Korras had been a judge for some time, so I was anxious to have him back aboard. Kat, on the other-hand, seemed fairly green but came highly recommended. She jumped at the chance to help out and sought the counsel of the staff, often - I am glad I selected both of them. It is still a hard platform to 'sell' but the both of them have brought the system to over 30 battles in barely a month's total time. They spend hours on end in the channel, most times just waiting, but we often forget the simple value of their presence. When a battle does come their way, it's waiting again - ensuring the script runs smooth for the combatants and ensuring that glitches are corrected as fast as possible. Again, waiting and monitoring - so many jobs in the Brotherhood depend on that one, thankless act of servitude and those jobs can go eons without being rewarded.
Korras was instantly moved to Operator, a position of a lot of responsibility - more so than a Judge - because he already knew the ropes. He often lends his services to battles beyond ACCLive!, which is invaluable in these times of great influx for the Brotherhood. Stepping up to the plate, Kat has also been selected as an Operator. Her overall knowledge has grown and my confidence in her is exceptional. She has such a grasp of the elements of the Centre that, as a new comer, I still saw fit to give her reign over the Jester's Keep.
They are both assets to the Antei Combat Centre, and in being so, are assets the Brotherhood as a whole. We cater to every Clan, Order and Rank; We require loyalty to the Centre and it's unbiased, unallied stances; We require the selfless ability to mentor new-comers through the basics of a platform that many enjoy and We take pride in what we do. I take pride in my staff, and I'd like to thank OE Korras and DJK Kat Pridemore for their dedication to the Centre and the Brotherhood by recommending the Grand Cross of the Dark Side to each of them.

No one takes a project by the horns quite like Korras. His work on the Order of Battle section of the DJB Wiki created an invaluable resource to the members. Long gone are the outdated websites and lists. In the course of a weekend, he has made them obsolete. With his creation and use of templates, categories and a close consideration of cross-referencing, the new home of one of the more difficult aspects of our fictional universe has come to a format where information can be is easily accessed and, if needed, changed by the Clans themselves. Please accept this medal as an expression of my appreciation. ~DP Kaine Mandaala
When work began on the DJBWiki, Korras stepped up and volunteered to help the project grow. With his dedication and time, Korras established a new Order of Battle that is up to date and easily updatable. Drawing from several conflicting resources and working with the Clans, Korras wiped out years of incorrect OOBs. In addition to his outstanding work on the Wiki OOB, Korras has also edited several Wiki entries. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to the DJBWiki Korras! ~DJM Sarin
This award is late in coming, and I do apologize to Korras for that. But no, I had not forgotten. :P Not in the least. Nor was it a "test" of any crap that others might put you through.

Korras took the reigns of Tridens as Quaestor after I had been selected to become Consul of Tarentum for the second time. Korras had recently come to us from Naga Sadow, where the weight of the DB had come upon him in full. It can often be hard to recover from such injustice, when one feels mistreated, neglected, and unappreciated for their work. I knew that Korras was going through a personal struggle when he came to Tarentum, but I still saw within him the strength of the man I had the pleasure to serve beside when we were both the last Order Leaders of our respective Orders. I saw within Korras a spark that could not have been allowed to go out.

I asked Korras to take the position of Quaestor of tridens, to work with Donitz, and I knew I would not be disappointed. Korras was eager to serve, even if he did need a couple days to breathe. He took the position and immediately began to try and make contact with the House, and work on keeping up the good work that had been initiated previously, and in keeping up with the good work that was being done by Donitz in his position as Aedile.

It wasn't an easy task for Korras, I think. Though Korras has always been a friend to Tarentum, he had only recently joined, and perhaps wasn't as "known" to the House, which can sometimes contribute to newer members retreating "into the shells," to see what would become of the House. Korras should motivation and perseverance in seeing his duties fulfilled until we could replace him. Both Korras and Donitz knew it was time for others to take the lead in Tridens, and resigned for the good of the House. Other leaders may hold onto positions for long periods of time to seem worthy of promotions and rewards; Donitz and Korras took and held their positions only as long as they knew they were worthy of the House's respect. And because of that, they have earned the respect and honor of their peers, and those they served with.

Since resigning from Quaestor, Korras has taken a more relaxed position, but has still been working for the benefit of Tarentum. members of other Clans have slowly found themselves without a place within the Brotherhood, as the Clans they knew before slowly die out, or pass into a new generation that does not respect past contributions and great members. Korras has worked to recruit these people, to offer them a place among our Clan, and to see them welcomed and made to feel as friends and companions. This was not a job that Korras was asked to do, he simply saw a need, and filled it. Korras stands out as a true leader, because those who do work they know they can do, without thoughts of rewards or positions, are in fact working for the members, and are doing the one job that defines this organization. We work for the members explicitly, and we heap rewards upon those who do so.

Korras is worthy of a Grand Cross and more, and I appreciate all of his work thus far, and what he continues to do. Korras has the full honor and admiration of this Clan Summit, as well as his peers within this Clan.

Congratulations, my friend. And Korras, thank you. More than words can do justice, thank you.
It is sometimes easy to overlook the job that Korras does as Master-at-Arms. When everything runs smoothly no one questions anything. It is only when something goes run that people notice what happens behind the curtains and begin questioning things. It has been quite some time since people have really noticed the MAA, and that is quite a compliment. The MAA office has been running smoothly and efficiently for quite some time now without any real hiccups. Request are completely in very timely manners, with proper follow-ups done when needed. The last AWOL check also came off without a hitch, and has ensured a process that can be used time and again. It has been some time since Korras has been rewarded for his efforts, and it is about time that it happens. Congratulations and keep up the fantastic work
DJM Halcyon Taldrya
Deputy Grand Master
There are a lot of high profile jobs in the Brotherhood, positions and duties that generate a lot of attention as a matter of course. Those people are easy to reward, easy to remember because so many people see their work and watch out for them. But there are even more gigs in this club that, when they are doing their job exceptionally well, no one even notices. Master at Arms is one of those positions. Korras and his praetor have worked ridiculously hard to reduce their reaction time and get requests processed within a few hours of submission. Korras has been fair and level handed in a position that typically catches the most claims of bias out of us all, which is difficult enough t o accomplish. His diligence and work ethic are necessary to the smooth running of this club, and I am pleased to award him a Grand Cross of the Dark Side for his collection as a token of our esteem and thanks. ~Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith
