Despite his constant and unstoppable failure Chaos has done a good job keeping Taldryan organized over the past year or so. While he may not be the most visible Proconsul in the Brotherhood he does a large amount of behind the scenes work (mostly administrative) in addition to being a constant fixture on IRC. He maintains excellent communication with the Clan and has always been willing to assist me with whatever I need to get done for House Dinaari. Chaos has also put in his dues when it comes to Vendettas, performing pretty well for at least the last two (the ones I was here for). With Chaos being a core member of the Clan in addition to his Vendetta performances he is more than deserving of his next promotion. Congratulations, Chaos!

It seems like not too long ago I was writing a promotion recommendation for Chaos based on the amazing work he'd been doing as Quaestor of Ektrosis. That was over a year ago, and although Chaos has moved on to Proconsul in that time he's still doing the same amazing work as before. Chaos is a behind the scenes kind of leader so a lot of the work that he does isn't seen by many people outside the summit, but he still runs competitions, talks to the members, and does all of the things that a leader with a public face should. Even though we may joke that Chaos fails because of his typing, he's still an amazing guy who I'm glad to have as a Proconsul and friend.

It’s been awhile, a long while, but it’s time. Chaos has stood on the Taldryan Summit in one way or another longer than I have so we’ve worked together in a multitude of activities since. I think it’s been clear through it all that we both have shared the same priority since our appointments, that being to do everything we can do for our House and Clan and not ourselves. It’s time again to honor Chaos’s efforts.

Following the conclusion of the Seventh Great Jedi War we promoted the then Quaestor of House Ektrosis to Prelate. Following that he was key in pushing the long-time project of overhauling our Clan Dominion with new planets, moons, special locations, and of course graphics. Chaos pushed the House by jumping head first into the Second Darkness, just what any leader should do, scoring well for himself and the Clan. His participation in events has been high all along; some of the big ones include all three Bryar Bowl events last year, SHAFT and other gaming events, plus the steady source of little treasures for the quarterly Tal Times release.

After finishing his term as Quaestor that lasted an outstanding year and a half, Chaos was selected to move up to the position of Proconsul. The Eighth Great Jedi War was a test for all of us but Chaos shined by representing his Clan well in at least 15 events. While that’s all great, his help behind the scenes has been a much appreciated. His assistance in setting up our Clan Promotion Guide, working with us on the Fleet Modernization and writing needed information, helping other Clan leaders by approving events, adding people to the mailing lists, putting in requests, and so on; it’s all been excellent.

We now are starting a new year and I know Chaos will be stepping up even more so in his leadership responsibilities and overall appearance. To thank him for the last sixteen months of service to Clan Taldryan I recommend Prelate Chaosrain Taldrya be promoted to the rank of Exarch. Well earned my friend thanks for everything and congrats.
