for his completion of several shadow academy exams, I requested that all of the Pangragon please attemp to take at least 3 of the Shadow Academy exams, but that was mainly to focus on our new members. Halcyon Rokir although, already high in rank has proven to be able to lead by example. Him being a Flight leader he took 3 exams and past them so it is my opinion that he should be rewarded for his efforts in helping inspire the new recruits.

Halc, I know this is awkward since I’m now your subordinate but when you were in Dinaari you were as active as some of the n00bs. You did a Shadow Academy course, submitted in two competitions and placed in those, earned two clusters of fire and did two ACC matches. It’s not often that an elder is very active in a non-leadership way (and I’m sure you were as P:MAA and D:CM but I’m not here to award you for those) but I’m grateful that you were. Since my return to activity and appointment to Taldryan Consul, Halcyon has been a great help to getting me caught up on recent Clan activities. He sent me over the work-in-progress files from his reign and updated me on what has been happening and what needs to be worked on. He's also provided a constant stream of feedback on every new project and idea I've pitched and has been helping me finish off some of the existing Clan projects - such as the Swift Justice wiki page.

Even re-appointed to the position of CM, Halc still has time to bounce ideas back and forth and continues to serve Taldryan with a vigor rarely seen by an elder member. This is a simple token of thanks for all he has done and is doing to ensure Taldryan remains the great Clan it is.

This member has gone above and beyond the average DJB member in helping to make the site a better place for everyone. Through submitting an abnormal amount of bug reports and taking the time to be a test guinea pig, he has fueled fixes and improvements to the DJB site.

Without bug reports and testing, this site would be busted cheap more often than not!

Halc being one of the leaders of our ToR guild, deserves a bit more of a special shout out compared to the others. He was the one who was watching over everything to make sure that things didn't become like the old DBPA and that we remained focused on our objective. Most of all, he listens to my rants about the different going ons in the ToR guild or ToR in general and slaps me around when I go a bit too insane. For this, Halc, I thank you for helping us out, and being one of the leaders to the ToR guilds.

Halcyon Rokir Taldrya has been an upstanding member and mother of… er, wait, this is Halcy. Let me start over. Darth Bias, despite pulling a Houdini has managed to participate in 2 of the Annual Taldryan Holiday Bash competitions and placed in each of them, thus snagging for himself a Crescent with Topaz Star and a Quartz star. In addition to his loverly Crescents, Halcyon was also awarded 8 Seals of Affliction recently for his work in the last Vendetta.

Back in October, Halc stepped down from being a Judge, but up to that point, Halc was my most active Judge, and this is reflected in his judging statistics; since September, Halc has graded more exams than anyone else on my staff and he is tied for third in most battles outside of the ACC Tournament graded despite having stepped down in October. In his time on the ACC Staff, Halc was incredibly helpful, and his presence has been missed. Thank you for your service, Halc!
