Since becoming PCON, Braecen has not ceased to amaze me with his activity and his tenacity. He sent a personal mail to the rogues on the database (that's a LOT!), trying to recruit them, and we've already seen at least 3 new, established members join the clan from it.

He works tirelessly coming up with new ideas, planning competitions, writing fiction, contacting the members, working with the summit on their own projects, and... well... so much more.

Without him, CEK would not be progressing near as fast as it is, and I'm proud to have him as my Proconsul!

Braecen recently went through his first leadership review by Sarin and I and scored remarkably well. He has done an excellent job in his first two months as Consul and must be recognized. He is efficient and communicates effectively. Specifically, Braecen has responded to requests from the Grand Master and Deputy Grand Master in record time. Braecen, though new to his position, has displayed a keen sense for what needs to be done. He realizes that there is work to catch up on in CSP and is moving fast at that. Recommendation for a Grand Cross of the Dark Side for Braecen Kaeth

The title of First Redeemer of Scholae was a title that was hard fought and well earned. By competing in 19 events, winning or placing in more than 50% of them as well as grabbing 9 Clusters of Fire, Braecen showed himself to be the pinnacle of CSP at the most dire time in Scholae’s recent history.

By asserting himself and pushing his House to greatness, he managed to keep Dorimad Sol on top of the other two Houses until the very end. It was only through superior numbers that Acclivis Draco and Caliburnus overcame the recently reopened House. The fact that Braecen did all this while not being a member of the House Summit is a feat in and of itself.

In addition to his placings and participation, Braecen was instrumental in starting the official fiction of Reclamation, setting the groundwork for future fictions. Were it not for his jumpstart, I would have had a very difficult time completing the fiction and deciding on a direction to take the story. His insight into the Expanded Universe is unparalleled in my eyes and I have never met another who is such an aficionado of the EU books.

It is this knowledge that helped to shape Reclamation into the success that it was, providing captivating and intriguing fictions as well as providing me with background help on the Yuuzhan Vong.

For his overall efforts during the Reclamation of Cocytus, I hereby recommend Braecen Kaeth for a Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Congratulations old friend. May your journeys bring you closer to the Dark Side and her never-ending power.

From the 5-11-09 GM report: First Place, Arcona's Sashar, will recieve an <b>Amethyst Kukri</b> for his efforts in leadership. Despite a major snafu that left him without half his summit, Sashar was still able to keep Arcona on track and fighting to unseat Taldryan.<P> Taldryan's Shadow and Scholae Palatinae's Thran will both be receiving <b>Sapphire Blades</b> for their work to keep the war close. With so few points different and the tensions high, it was quite a feat to keep everyone going that long. Plagueis' Braecen, Naga Sadow's Bob, and Tarentum's Anshar will all be receiving <b>Grand Crosses of the Dark Side</b> as well, for their efforts. Congratulations, Consuls, and well done.
