His record does show that hes been in the Shadow Academy taking exams totaling 11 exams. Hes also have done several HOO Trivia competitions also submitting questions to them. Hes entering all the HOO competitions in the past, and in the present totaling 4. Hes got his character history sheet completed, been on IRC chatting with peers, and is in contact with his Clan and House summits. I know that as QUA in the past he had been overlooked, and now as I return as QUA, I feel it only right to promote XarKahn to the next level.
