Not only has he been doing his best to encourage participation with innovative competitions and a great attitude but he has also been leading by example, a principle we strive to maintain here in Tarentum, as such I feel he his deserving of this token of my respect. ~Welsh Levathan has been consistently active for some time now, but I really see it through his work with the Keepers.
