Following the recent Sadow Conclave comprising of the Clan and House Summit, Black Guard, Inner Order and Sons of Sadow, it was decided to reward DJK Ashia Kagan Keibatsu for her efforts on behalf of her Clan, House and Battleteam.<br> <br> Ashia became Tetrarch of the Jade Serpents in April and has since then been an active and dedicated Battleteam leader. Prior to her leadership, the team was nearly dead with almost no activity, however since then through competitions, regular messages and reports encouraging activity in her members and leading by example by being active herself both in day to day Clan competitions, IRC, email debates, and in the recent GJW, she now leads one of the most active Battleteams in the Clan.<br> <br> During the recent BTL competition, Ashia took part enthusiastically in all sections of this, and won three crescents for her efforts. In addition to this as one of the two most active members in this competition her Quaestor and myself were happy to ask her to remain as Tetrarch for a second term.<br> <br> Therefore both her Summit and the Conclave members above believe she more than deserves the Steel Cross.<br> <br> Malisane de Ath<br> Aedile of Ludo Kressh

We of Revan would like to extend our thanks and appreciation for Ashia's work in the Rite of Supremacy: Spoils of War. Her combined effort with Sanjuro enabled us to win the final Fiction event and ultimately the entire Vendetta. She also submitted to the Round 2 Graphic event.

It's been both a relief and a challenge having Ashia as my Aedile. It's a relief to have such a skilled member backing me up and putting her ten-scents in (Yes, ten, not two scents, as she's rich in that area /end cheesy comment), and a challenge for me to make sure that I keep up on my game lest I be earn the rightful reprimemand from my Second in Command. Either way you look at it, she's a blessing to have around. This is true for her in and out of the wartime crunch. It is no easy thing I'm sure to stand behind the Grand Master and see the strain and stress that comes from that, meanwhile staying true to her chain-of-command and keeping her nose - for the most part - to her duties in Taldryan. It's said that behind every great leader there is a great women, and this concept is most assuredly created based off of women like Ash.

Her participation in this Great Jedi War X was fair, her skills allowing her come over any humps that come from working in a new unit, and allowing her snag 14 Seals of Decimation. It's no question to me why she is in Taldryan, and it's not just for her to be in the position of Aedile... she truly does belong here. I know for a fact that her comfort zone will only grow more in Tal now that the War is over and we can dedicate our strengths to really getting Tal going. Already Ash has made herself known as a force to be reckoned with in the past couple of months that she has been in Taldryan, using her one-of-a-kind communication skills on IRC and over the mailing list.

For her help with leading Taldryan in the Great Jedi War X, I request that Krath Pontifex be awarded a Steel Cross. Thanks so much, Ash, truly, for all of the work you have done so far for Taldryan, and ultimatley the Brotherhood.

Ashia has earned the required 1821 Medal XP for a Steel Cross. Since her promotion in February, she has participated in 10 competitions, including 7 for the recent GJW. I really appreciate Ashia's ongoing activity and efforts during the 'War and am happy to recommend this award.
