Orzon has been an amazing Clan Envoy since given the job, so good that it's nearly impossible to list all the feats that he has achieved. Besides keeping up with Master/Student pairs in each house, he's been constantly working to improve the clan website by updating the trials, master guidelines, and who knows what else. He gets things done fast, efficiently, and well. He's also managed to stay active in House Exar Kun by participating in every round of Trivia '06. For months Orzon has lead the way within Clan Plagueis to overhaul and greatly improve the Envoy system. Through his efforts Clan Plagueis now holds the highest efficiently ratio for promotions and retention of members from Apprentice to Protector. But he also has greatly contributed to further enhancing the Plagueis Master/Student program, where he ensures that no member holding the rank of Protector through Jedi Hunter is left without a Master, or at least ensured proper guidance should they choose not to be paired with a Master. His hard work and efforts in managing this vital program has enabled Clan Plagueis to turn out many new leaders and Dark Knights than ever before. In addition to these glorious accomplishments, Orzon has also helped routinely updated and revise the Clan's various manuals and guides so that all of these vital learning materials are up-to-date with current events and changes as they occur. In addition to these major tasks and projects, KP Valerian Orzon has also provided personal assistance to the members of the various Summits within Clan Plagueis, and is always available on IRC and by email to all members who may have need of his assistance. And even with this load of time consuming work on his hands, he still manages to find the time to complete many personal tasks and activities. Orzon, or the OrZ as some call him, is one of the most amazing members I have ever seen, not to mention one of the most amazing members in Clan Plagueis in all my time here, which would be my whole DB career. To sum up the projects that he has worked on, while this is not easy, I would have to say that he completed updated the House Exar Kun history, writing around three pages of new information that can now be found on the HEK Wiki page. He also worked on the Antei System description when it was in the hands of a group of writers from Clan Plagueis and wrote the info for Celebrax and the introduction for the Antares System. While he was still Clan Envoy, he rewrote the Welcome Letters for new members to match the new promotion system, which he worked with me rewriting and completing, doing the Knight Trials completely himself. He modified Battle Team Exar's Shadow's history to make it read better, and it worked, and he put together the Jusadih System Wiki page. While on the Wiki, he also completed the Clan Plagueis Prospectus page, and did it very well. He wrote the outlines that were used for History of the Sith Empire II and III Shadow Academy courses, and worked with me to write the courses, and will soon become the EP of the III course, which he wrote the exam for. Aside from all of this, he has also written a six-page story in three parts for the Plagueis Chronicle, participated in twelve competitions, and was awarded the clan name of di Plagia.<br> <br> He has also worked in leadership as Quaestor, Clan Envoy, and now Proconsul, where he and I have big plans for Clan Plagueis over the next six months. He has also worked with Macron on the DSC Staff, and, from what he is told me, worked to compress Tarentum and CSP histories, has begun the Krath Order entry, along with various other activities. I'm sure he's done much more in between the time I compiled this information from his activity log, as is proven by Macron's thanks to him in his news posts.<br> <br> All in all, OrZ is amazing, and I am proud to award him this medal. It is the least I could do for all the work you have done for us. What can I say about Orzon? He is a great leader. In the days he was Clan Envoy, he was an a great resource to Clan Plagueis, and helped members, whether an Elder or a Journeyman, to the best of his ability. I watched as he made that leap to ProConsul. Plagueis has already started to prosper under his leadership. In the midst of seemingly endless turnover in the clan and house summits over the past months, Orzon has been the one constant presence at the head of the clan. First as Clan Envoy, and now as Proconsul, Orz has maintained an astonishingly consistent level of activity that well exceeds that expected of the vast majority of Brotherhood members and leaders, and on top of his duties as Proconsul, Orz is also currently fulfilling the duties of his old job as Clan Envoy. Running competitions, tracking master/student pairs within the clan, mediating disputes between clan members, and keeping on top of house summits are just a portion of the varied duties he performs daily. Orzon can always be counted on for making sure that the members come first even if its not always the most popular thing to do. His dedication and loyalty to this clan are second to none. He is one of the most active members of the clan, always competing in competitions, running his own as well taking care of the various projects he always finds himself a part of. I don't think it is possible to say who, or what, Orzon is with words, so I won't even try. I will say that he is amazingly active, and if given the chance could probably hold ten leadership positions at once. In fact, he almost has. Since his promotion as ProConsul, he has acted as Clan Envoy, temporarily, and I must say is awesome at it. He served as QUA of HEK for eleven amazing days, and so far as served as PCON for three months. He is also currently on the DSC Staff where thus far he has compressed the Tarentum and CSP histories, as well as written the Krath Order article and done several comments, reviews, etc.<br> <br> As ProConsul, Orz has complete numerous projects. He literally took practically every project I had and started working on them, and has made great progress. He not only does things himself, however, but he also gets the members involved. Some of his projects include updating the House Exar Kun history, writing the description of Calabrez and Antares System for the Antei System Project, modifieing the history of Battle Team Exar's Shadow, creating the outlines for the Shadow Academy courses History of the Sith Empire II and III, editing those two courses, and writting the exam for the III course. He is almost always willing to take on a project, and when he does he does it far past expectations. His work as Clan Envor, PCON and DSC Staff Member more then warrant this award ~ CON Aabs
