He has done the following things since taking over as Praetor:<br> <br> He has worked on the new SA site with Pyralis and Windos, helping to code the courses. He has often stated his desire to learn more about ASP coding so that he will be more proficient with the new site when it is released.<br> <br> Kromtal has continued grading the AIM test, and he wrote the Pre-Republic History course. While Steel Crosses are generally given to the writers of new courses, awarding several smaller awards would not adequately address everything he has done on the whole. Kromtal is also, with others, working on expanding the Shadow Academy's course offerings.<br> <br> Kromtal has also kept a sharp eye out on the Shadow Academy, and alerting the staff to any trouble that may come up (fortunately, to date, we've only had a few minor things). Kromtal is truly a workhorse of the Academy, capable and willing to do a lot for the overall good. He is fast, efficient, and perhaps his one flaw is that he is very eager, and jumps ahead to far, to fast. But, he never crosses over the line into doing my job for me. He is very determined in helping the house and clan in every possible way. As a master, he offered his experience to the entire clan and now his apprentice is kicking ass in the GJW and doing wonderful for a newbie. That's terrific since we were lacking in the "skilled new blood" department. Not to mention that he’s always around on IRC and he is always there to help or chat with. <br> <br> And as an EP I had the pleasure of seeing Kromtal working with Anshar for the SA. He is helping the SA a lot and I'm not the only one that thinks highly of him, all the people that had the chance of working with him would approve me. <br> <br> Since 4 months is a lot of time, I can only apologize for this due promotion. Congratulations Kromtal! <br> <br> -Quaestor Frosty Romanae Tarentae- <br> <br> <br> Much of what Kromtal has accomplished is not readily known to the members of the Brotherhood, however the implications are clear. As a member of his House Summit, I get regualr reports on his activity but not only. <br> <br> On the Brotherhood level, he has shown great stewardship in his various positions. He has: updated the SA website; has done coding for the SA redesign project; graded approximately 150 SA exams (in July alone); worked on the fictional content on a sensitive DB wide project; and has done most of the coding for the KCB's website. <br> <Br> Kromtal has proven to be a great asset and loyal member of House Gladius. To such an extent, that no mere medal could do justice to his sterling performance.
