Melkor has again destroyed the SA. Passing at least 5 new courses, the member Melkor in my estimation is a pillar of how members should perform. I believe that once he has more experince in comps, such as the Clan comp, which he is participating in, He will be in invaluble member of Tridens. -Sephiroth Storm

I've seen great work and promise out of Melkor so far. He's done well in the SA and he's participated in the clan competition, despite being dropped in the middle of the whole thing. He's also been active on the clan mailing list and in staying in touch with me. He also is part of the clan's master-student program. An StA would be a fitting awards. -Anshar Kahn Tarentae

Ever since becoming my apprentice a few weeks ago Melkor has demonstrated an admirable level of activity other then the Shadow Academy Courses aforementioned. For instance barely a day goes by without an exchange of emails of him asking questions about the structure of the Clan and how he could possibly help the Clan. This kind of behaviour is most welcome in our members and should be encouraged. He has also been hard at work writing a fictional piece for which I think the incentive deserves some merit. Therefore after reviewing all his SA work, Circle activity and also fullfilling numerous objectives of me Master/Apprentice program he is most deserving of this small token of our appreciation.

For showing consistant activity in the Shadow Academy, melkor earned this star by completing the most SA courses consistantly of any Tridens member during my time here. Great job, melkor, and I hope to see your activity only increase.

For participating in four out of five events I recently ran in my House competition Melkor is more then deserving of a little extra incentive for his hard work. This coupled with his other work in our su-doku competitions plus his recent hard work in trying to set up a new training circle. This kind of attitude must be encouraged. Grats Melkor.

With my appointment to QUA I finally have the ability to recommend something for Adien to show my thanks for what he has done for the house in the past several months. When Adien took over Aedile under the leadership of Archean, he had little time to get adjusted to the job before Archean 's real life began to call him away leaving Adien to handle the majority of administration duties but Adien rose to the challenged and managed. In the clan history month Adien helped inspired the tridens membership to compete through his activity and promotion. And when I was appointed to the position of Rollmaster and House Envoy of Tridens, Adien stayed on as an assistant to help me with my new job while training me to be the competent leader I am today. Finally, in the past month when Archean was having computer problems, Adien returned early from his LoA so that there was someone around here and there to help me run the house even though he suffered from internet problems of his own and a stressful and demanding job in real life.

With Adien’s recent resignation from Aedile, I would like this award to represent a thanks in whole from the Tridens membership for the activities he performed and our apology that he couldn’t stay on longer. Thanks Adien, you truly deserved this.

Since transferring to Cestus and becoming its Rollmaster Adien Falaut has gone above and beyond in the fulfillment of his duties. He has often made personal sacrifices in his schedule to ensure his reports were issued in a timely and orderly fashion. He also contributed often to the Cestus fiction in spite of being a self admitted non-writer. He will be missed as rollmaster by Vexxtal and myself but we look forward to continuing to work with him in other projects in the (hopefully not too far) future. Great work Adien :).
