Since becoming an Elder 2 (Master), Dacien (Bubba) spent two successful years as Justicar, before becoming my Deputy Grand Master when I started my term as Grand Master. Everything he has touched, he has made better, and he has stepped up in every possible way to allow me to focus on what I need to as Grand Master as great support. There hasn't been a discussion or decision made I feel over the past 3 or more years that hasn't included his guidance in shaping the Brotherhood to be what it is today. I can think of no more appropriate reward for his hard work and diligence than a promotion to Elder 3. Congratulations Prophet Bubba.

Dacien Victae (Bubba) took care of the transition between Justicars, helped me to establish projects during my first month as Grand Master as he took on the role of Deputy Grand Master, and has helped advise on hiring multiple roles and provided full data to the Consuls to help manage their Clans. Over the last year and a half, our Justicar, Dacien "Bubba" Victae, has become one of my most trusted advisors, and has shown himself to be among the hardest working members of the Dark Council. As Justicar, he has overseen half a dozen Chamber of Justice cases to completion. He has assisted in multiple Vendettas and top level competitions, including GJW XII and XIV, running both run-on events and being a secondary grader across many other competitions.
But the Justicar's work goes far beyond what is visible on his dossier or in his news posts. Bubba works very hard to ensure our members have a safe and enjoyable environment to participate in. This includes regular defusing of situations, constant communication with the Dark Council and Consuls, a constant participant in our Story Group, and has a hand in every major decision we make at the club level. Bubba is more than just in charge of our justice system; he is a key contributor to our leadership group.
For his efforts as an advisor and as Justicar, I am pleased to award Bubba a Ruby Scepter. Congratulations, Bubba!
