Additional reasons: One thing that certainly speaks well to Kojiro is his desire to be successful. In talks with him as we have been enacting the direction of Clan Naga Sadow in a post-Collective-reveal Brotherhood, Koji has been working to craft a story that he believes will both appeal to the members of his House and fit into the larger Clan story. He has pushed his participation in Clan events to grander heights and encourages his fellow Sadowans to do the same. He has tried to identify areas where he lacks strength and to build upon them. He has even come to me looking for specific places he could strengthen himself on.

He gets emotional about the performance of his sub-unit, which is a good indicator of how much he cares about his House. He has been improving as a leader and as such, I have no qualms with adding my voice in recommendation for this Steel Cross. Enjoy it, Koj.
