I gave her a task of getting two competitions done as well as something of her choosing. She chose to take two SA exams. In light of her being unable to do much of anything since her promotion, I think this proves that Rayne wants to advance through the ranks. I have provided that proverbial "kick in the ass" that she needed. I really don't know the right words to describe it :P Either way, Rayne has participated in Plagueis Trivia, winning first place and a Legion of the Scholar, and has also recently participated in my The Bacon Menace competition, results not out yet. Along with this, though, Rayne has shown pretty much an IRC presence equal to that of Jac and Muz. Everytime I log on, she's there, and from what I know she is not just there, but always talking. I can't be sure, but I would estimate her IRC time for actually being there and talking to be somewhere around 400 to 500 hours.
