Primary reason: Since his last promotion Davin has taken a plethora of SA Courses, fought fearlessly in the last GJW for his clan and has qualified in the ACC. He has also successfully run his own competition for his house, earned a Crescent with an Emerald Star for participation in a competition and served as the Battle Team Leader and more recently as Sith Flight Leader for Sapphire Squadron.
