The following is his list of requirements that have been completed. Spent four weeks at Protector, logged onto IRC and visited his Clan channel, completed his Order exam, participated in well over five competitions, completed a very detailed and widely renown Wiki article, qualified for the ACC, completed the ACC Initiates exam and his new Character Sheet, and completed 5 pages of fiction through-out his period as Protector. Not an easy thing to do in a month, but Kant has kept it steady, and kept it strong. His recent Great Jedi War performance is what topped him over the edge to qualify for this promotion, and I'm not sorry he did. Congratulations Kant, you've earned it.
