Ekeia Iclo has served under me as Magistrate for a bit over 2 month. During this time she has been very helpful in making sure the Herald Office functions correctly. The biggest thing she has done that warrants my recommendation for this promotion is her work on the wiki project. She step up to the plate and took the project as her own. She has completed over 20 graphics towards the project and has been very helpful in managing the articles that need graphics completed for them. Aside from that she has also lead by example as a member of the HRLD Staff by participating in 3 of the HRLD run competition placing in one of them. She has been a Knight for over 10 months now and has show a lot of initiative in my eyes to help and better the DB. As P:HRLD I herby recommend Ekeia Iclo from a promotion into the ranks of the Equites. Congrats! <br> <br> <B>-Templar Jeric Cyrin <br> Praetor to the Herald</B> <br> <br> Over 10 months ago, Ekeia Iclo was promoted to Dark Jedi Knight. Since then she has survived a clan feud, a vendetta, and a house feud each of which she performed very well in, earning a steel cross and a silver nova for placing second in the RoS, and an anteian cross in the House Feud. During the times between those major events, she participated in every competition possible, even if she didn’t place in them. During a lull in between the clan feud and the vendetta, I had asked Ekeia to make graphics for the Disciples of Ragnos wiki page. She and along with Kano and Teu created them, but Ekeia created by far the majority of the graphics that were needed and earned an anteian cross for her hard work and dedication. For the month of January, Ekeia was recognized as the Wikipedian of the month from her contributions to making the entire DB a better place. Which comes to my next point, Ekeia loves to make this club better than it was before. Since her promotion to Sith Commander of the Night Hawks, she has been working tirelessly to make the team a better place and once more the elite team of Marka Ragnos. Over the few months before her taking on the reigns, the team was used as a team for the older equites who were not active anymore, and was essentially HMR’s Old Folks Home. Upon Ekeia’s arrival, she reopened the team for anyone to join again, and has recently been working on creating a new history for the Night Hawks, as well as its own possession system and rank system. More so, recently Ekeia took Sarconn on as her apprentice and has been helping him get included in various projects, as well as various events that are going on in the clan. <br> <br> Ekeia once told me, “I just want to make the DB a better place than it already is.” Well kiddo, you have. And we all agree that you have. Welcome to the Equites. Congrats! <br> <br> <B>-Templar Fremoc Pepoi <br> Quaestor of Marka Ragnos</B> <br> <br> When I first joined the DB, I had a little bump in the road, but eventually being put into the Night Hawks Battleteam. Since then I saw that Ekeia has worked as hard as she could to make the Battleteam to be as active as possible, always giving 100% to everything she did. Even so much as welcoming a pain like me with open arms. <br> <br> Upon entering the BT, I saw that she had some huge ideas for the BT, but like a good leader, always took any ideas from the people she commanded to heart and did her best to try to apply them, also she is one of the few commanders that not only defends her position, she will defend her subordinates with such a ferocity that in my opinion is awe inspiring. One could only hope to command like she does, and sit back and watch as she makes a gigantic impact within the DB as her future grows. <br> <br> It is a big honor for me to be under her tutelage, and I hope that I will make half the impact that she will make. <br> <br> Congrats Master! <br> <br> <B>-GRD Sarconn <br> Apprentice to DJK Ekeia Iclo</B> <br> <br> I have known Ekeia just about the entire time I have been in the DJB. Her level of activity should be an inspiration to anyone as well as her attitude towards everything. In my time here I have not once seen her act unprofessionally on any circumstances. During the RoS Ekeia took control of the Night Hawks as the new BTL and lead the team to help with our overall placing. She also led her team through a House feud that was very close til the last few minutes. Ekeia also helped Erinyes to test the old scripts for the ACCLive! I believe with her level of activity and devotion to the Clan as well as her House and Battleteam she deserves this promotion to EQ1. <br> <br> <B>-Templar Kano Verda <br> Sergeant of the Night Raptors</B> <br> <br> Since joining the Brotherhood I have seen nothing but good things from the Ekeia; from her excellent performance as Battleteam Leader of the Night Hawks to her impressive work as Magistrate to the Herald, Ekeia is rarely inactive and is an advocate for activity amongst all members of the House. During her time as BTL of the Night Hawks, Ekeia has performed greatly and only asks of her team members the same activity and behavior that she can muster herself. In addition to this Ekeia is currently working on a Battleteam update that should help bolster the activity of those that follow her as well as will create a future framework for all future leaders of the Night Hawks. It is my belief that Ekeia is a model member of the House and the Brotherhood and is more than ready to see promotion to Equite 1. <br> <br> <B>-Knight Methyas Arcturi L'eonheart <br> Aedile of House Marka Ragnos</B> <br> <br> Without wishing to simply belabour the excellent points that have been made by the reccs above, I'd like to add my own brief thoughts about Ekeia and how deserving she is of this promotion. For a while now, Ekeia has been one of the most active members of CNS; her tireless dedication to the Herald's Office has not yet been rewarded in any substantial sense, and she's coupled that dedication with a desire to better her House and Clan through her work as a leader. On top of that, Ekeia's attitude is top-notch; she doesn't stand for drama, and just gets stuck into whatever it is that needs doing. There's not much more to be said that hasn't already been said, so without further ado; congratulations, Ekeia, and welcome to the ranks of the Equites.
