Gladius had become a sleepy, idle House during a transition in leadership until Ronovi arrived on the scene. She has submitted excellent reports every week, been very hands-on in helping the members of her team be successful, and cultivated the activity of those under her command. In addition to all that, she has also found the time to increase her own activity, participating in more than half a dozen competitions and winning medals in nearly all of them. Ronovi is truly an example of excellence in the Dark Brotherhood, and I am proud to recommend this Anteian Cross for this most deserving of Obelisk Sergeants.
