For simplicity's sake, I am going to lay down a few specific rules about this:

1) You only get to send me one mail. Include all your courses passed and proofs/PINs in that mail. I will not be hassled to add a new course for every person one at a time. That, and my inbox doesn't need the thousands of mails.

2) Acceptable proofs are either other dossiers/records showing your courses passed, or copies of the confirmation emails.

There may be more rules as more annoyances are unveiled...

As an aside, I'm back from my leave as of tomorrow (Thursday), and will begin dealing with all the important-ish mail then.
