Hey all.

I think this one's going to be fairly straightforward. I have to be honest with you; right now, life is rather pissing me off. So if you note the missing humor that I usually try to keep present, I hope you can bear with me through it on this one. Next week, I should be back to my regular style of making myself seem like I'm on crack, and what-have-you.

Big news--my competition. Yep. Pretty much, go out and do it. If you notice that the rank on your dossier, or the medals on your dossier (or the lack thereof) aren't what you want to see, compete. Compete in my comp, or the KMTs. Or even just get on IRC. After the meetings at 1 PM EST every Saturday, we have Trivia Comps. I love the trivia comps. I got another 1st place in Trivia today. ;) Those score you LSS's, and always looks good to show me you're participating (because, yes, I look at the whole picture). Just liek I said in my email, I want Gladius to take the DB by storm. I want to see every last one of you to DJK or above in the next 6 months. It can be either a long time, or a short time, but if I see activity, I'm going to fight tooth and nail to get you guys to DJK and above. I can get you to DJK myself (if I see the activity for it), but I have to be able to show the CLan Summit/DC that you're active enough and valuable enough to go beyond that. I know each and every one of you is valuable enough to be DJPs eventually. We just have to get you there, first. No recent recruits lately, and no medals or promotions made that were too recent. But that doesn't mean they won't be made. Just make sure i know what you're doing. I love promoting people. The Mystics have a new member. I'd like to extend a welcome to Alexi Vonelv to the Mystics on their behalf. We have enough numbers, we could start organizing into two groups, if we really wanted to. But my whole thoughts on this, are, Phyles and writing partners should be the people we feel naturally drawn to. Start getting to know everyone, and maybe you'll figure out who you can write with the best. I realize it's easier to write by yourself, and to just use characters you know. Hell, I used to do that all the damn time. But in these days, it's good to know everyone. We're all friends here, and stories turn out so much better when you can add in new people, and when you can comfortably write with other people. So lets work on getting to know everyone. Lets work on being more than just Housemates. Lets make this so that we're more like kin. Because I know I feel close to each and everyone of you, and I appreciate that friendship you all share with me. Lets make sure we pass this around.

If you ever need me to start posting important stuff from there in my reports, just ask me. Personally, I rather like having smaller reports, because I know reading through long reports can be a pain, but if anyone needs me to, I can mail people on an individual basis with important news. I can do what you guys need me to, I just need to know what you need. And lets just stay active as hell. When people think "Krath," I want them to think Gladius. I want us to be the pre-eminent Krath House in the DB, and the one to beat. We have a lot of talent here, everyone. I don't know how many of you realize it, but this is truly the best House there is. Lets sharpen up our skills (and yes, even I can sharpen up) and wreak havoc on the DB. Lets work together, and go kick some ass.
