Are your parents begging you to get out of the basement and find out exactly what this thing called the "sun" is? Well, then, go no further. At the all-new, ever-exciting theme park of "Nerds R Us," we'll show you all these things that your family talks up, in a wide-screen theater environment! For just 15,000 easy payments of $29.95, we'll dig a tunnel directly to your basement so that you never have to emerge from the darkness to enjoy our themepark! And that's right, nerdlings, we'll show you footage on the big screen of the sun. We'll play hours on end of women, ACTUAL women, wearing bikinis, sunbathing themselves by poolside. And now, onto the news! Yes, I usually like to begin my reports with a little humor, for those who haven't figured that out yet.

We have anew member, Gladius. If I haven't mentioned it before, please welcome Novice Spears to our ranks! I believe I may have mentioned it last week, but again, I can't remember. Novice Spears, one thing you might take advantage of, my only requirement for promotion to Acolyte is to complete the character history option at the DB site. All you have to do is go to the DB site, log in, and follow the link on the admin page to submit your character history. Once it's submitted and approved, I'll promote you to Acolyte.

Medals... well, I've put in Kudos and Jason for their medals they'll get for winning Aari's competition "You might be a DB fatatic when..." for the Mystics Phyle. Congrats to them on those. Also, Jason was awarded a Dark Cross. A few other members of Tarentum received Dark Crosses, or Stars of Antei (by me), for outstanding contribution to the run-on "Disfunctional Family." The run-on is "mostly" over, but I would encourage you all to continue posting to it, or to at least read it. It'll give you insight to the characters and personalities of the rest of this House.

Other news, other news... sign up for the ACC! As part of my House comp, I'm going to try and set up a Ladder for the House. Now, I set up the competition in phases, and the details of the competition can be found here:

Go do it, plain and simple. Awards will be given. I won't specify what, but medals will be first and foremost, and I might be able to give something extra for best overall performance throughout the competition. If you need help with anything, I'll be glad to help you out as much as I can, and you can also get help from other members of the House. Get to know each other. We're all friends and allies here, after all.
