hi boys and girls,

Many of you have been naughty these past weeks. As a Jedi embracing the dark side I should say cool, but it was unfortunately naughty in a bad, bad way, no not good but only really bad!

As an example let's talk of the upcoming feud against arcona. we are actually in the very last stages of planning and like doing the tweaks and shining it and hope it would be fun for you guys. From experience with competitions in the past we thought it would be a good thing to know in advance who would like and will actually take part in the competition.

Sometimes deadlines are set back and extended in the hopes to get that last minute entry, but it has been my experience that if you don't get an entry at a reasonable time you won't get one.

So we were trying to establish a list of people willing to take part in this competition. This means no wait for none existing entries as well as you can hold people to their words on this.

Now as you have seen in Dalthid's report out of 41 clan members only 14 replied.. one summit missing too :/

so at this moment I am trying to find out if this is a very late April fools day joke or only 14 people around actually willing to go through this feud. I mean it is summer ... what are you guys actually doing with all your free time if you can't spend sometime on a club you joined willingly without being forced to? and you did that to have fun in a SW based community.

The keyword here is of course being community. and unfortunately I am not seeing much of that recently. Say what do you think those mailing lists are made for? just so the reports would go out on them?if you thought that then you are thinking wrong!

Believe it or not they are actually there for you to communicate with each other!

as you might know we have the seldom used chat list. Now I want to see it come to life! If you have a question don't hesitate to post it. If you have a suggestion don't hesitate to post it. And certainly don't hesitate in replying to such an email. As long as we talk with each other we can actually go ahead and be active.

As a first I would like to see more of you people who I know are there and are reading this to pledge some of your time to take part in this feud, and then actually take part in it!

Fortunately we also have good, bad people... well bad people in a good way...hmm you know what I mean ;P

First I would like to thank every one of you who participated in the first phase of the system competition.

The names have been chosen and we actually have a load of winners because the way we decided to run this competition!

1st: 4 Names: William Waffennass

2nd: 2 Names: Phage, Vessicant, Alaric, Arso and Koidyis

3rd: 1-Name: Nikko, Sayo, Bane, Waza and Osra

With Brat getting in 5 of the 20 like names in he has earned himself a DC, with crescents being handed to the rest of you guys based on the number of names from your entries that we are going to use.

So guys expect the second part to kick off soon. I hope each of you will take part in this as well! :)

An interesting info for you guys btw, for all of you who have battlefield 1942 or can get their hands on it, you might want to check: Galactic Conquest a SW mod for the game. though it is still alpha it is very good I hear... only draw back is the large download size of over 300 megs. but hey I know someone who has downloaded it over three complete days and is now having fun with it :)
