Just a couple of quick things I think need addressing:

1) Failed exams. Every so often, somebody misreads directions, isn't sure what to do, or downright makes mistakes. When this happens, the member in question is asked - even encouraged - to submit a new set of answers.

I've been receiving a few tests to date that were, in fact, duplicates of the previously-failed examination. This is not appropriate, as it simply wastes the time of everyone involved.

Any further incidences of this may lead to some form of punishment, most likely the inability to retake that course for a set period of time.

2) Shadow Academy staff reoports. That's right, kids - I did say I would be wanting these.

All of you lovely active Teachers and Instructors should see this within a short time after it's posted - after all, activity was a requirement - and should file a very basic, point-form report. All I want to know is that you're alive and on top of things, and anything else about your work to date that you feel merits my attention.

Troutrooper was a wonderful (little?) fish and sent in a report already. ;)
