Epiderm: Phase II

Thanks to the return of Cyris Oscura, the once terminated Project Epiderm: Phase II has been reinstated. If you don't know about Epiderm, check it out on the HRLD site.

HRLD Site and GoA Form

The HRLD site's big update has started. The GOA Request form should be working again. Other updates have taken place. Feel free to root around on the HRLD site to find them.
